Russell Dethrones Valenzuela to get the WBA crown

Gary Antuanne Russell made an excellent show to tear the super featherlight WBA title from Jose “Rayo” Valenzuela.

The unified super-welded master was a unified champion, Jarrett Hurd announced a pension in the ring after losing by a divided decision against Johan Gonzalez (36-4, 36 KO).

Lewis Crocker remained invincible because Paddy Donovan was disqualified in the eighth round of the controversial and confused eliminator of the title of the world in welterweight at the SEZNA Arena in Belfast on Saturday.
