Lewis Crocker vs Paddy Donovan-Wyniki and report after the fight
Published
1 year agoon

Lewis Crocker remained invincible because Paddy Donovan was disqualified in the eighth round of the controversial and confused eliminator of the title of the world in welterweight at the SEZNA Arena in Belfast on Saturday.
Crocker (21-0, 11 KO) was recently released in June 2024, the points from Conah Walker in Birmingham won, while Donovan (14-1, 11 KO) had his last competition in May last year, when he won the ninth round victory over Lewis Ritson in Leeds.
It was a still opening round, and Donovan landed massive blows, and he continued confidence.
Crocker was cut out in the third, caused by Donovan’s impact, but the first warning about the “real offer” took place in the fourth round for using the head.
The fifth saw a crazy exchange between the couple, but later the 26-year-old was taken away for reusing his head, a lot on his protest.

He shook it and landed with a strenuous left hand on Crocker’s body, with the destruction of the northern Irishman deteriorating Limerick ManThis time to employ the elbow.
Donovan reacted again, shooting back, and he dropped “croc” with a salvo of blows.

McCrory Richards KO
Craig Richards breathed a fresh life in his career when he landed the eighth winner in Lightweight Heavyweight against Padraig McCrory.
The left hand to the body caused damage to Richards (19-4-1, 12 KO), and McCrory (19-2, 9 KO) is not able to defeat the count.
“Spider” bounced off the defeat to Willy Hutchinson last time.

Ward stops McCarthy
In the start of the crossroads in the cruiser’s scale, the former European champion, Tommy McCarthy (21-7, 10 KO) stopped by Steven Ward (15-3, 5 KO) in the sixth round in the planned ten round.
McCarthy was in the second and once again before the end.
And that’s all!

Walker defeats Woodstock
Lisburn Feather Wweight Kurt Walker was the winner of the bill, but he had to rely on most decisions to pass through Leon Woodstock.
One judge had his ten round levels at 95-95, with the other judges summarizing 97-93 and 96-94 for Walker (12-0, 2 KO) because he remained invincible.

Browne nervous by Turhan
Shauna Browne was stunned in her lithe eliminator of the WBC title against Elif Nur Turhan (10-0, 6 Kos), when Turk conjured up his left hand, which robbed Brown (5 Kos) of her feet and dropped her, and when she got up on uncertain legs, the judge waved.

Lewis Crocker vs. Liam Paro – large fight preview and predictions
Published

June 23, 2026
On Wednesday, Lewis Crocker heads to Australia to defend his IBF welterweight world title against Liam Paro for the first time.
Crocker will face Paro at the Pat Rafter Arena in Queensland, live on DAZN in the UK and Kayo Sports in Australia.
Crocker (22-0, 11 KO) became world champion in September, defeating Paddy Donovan twice before winning the rematch by split decision.
Man from Belfast recorded his second victory over Donovan after the first victory in March last year, and his rival was disqualified for hitting him after the bell.
Paro (27-1, 16 KO) is trying to become a world champion in two weight categories, having previously reigned in the super-lightweight division.
The 30-year-old won the title with a unanimous decision victory over Subriel Matias in Puerto Rico before winning the belt in his first defense against Richardson Hitchins.
The Australian has since won twice, overtaking David Papot in his last appearance in September.

McKean meets Taliva
Heavyweight Demsey McKean will look to continue his rebuild when he faces Liam Talivaa for the vacant IBF Pan Pacific title.
McKean (24-2, 16 KO) had his career cut miniature after a last-round loss to Filip Hrgovic, followed by a brutal first-round loss to Moses Itauma.
The 35-year-old southpaw returned to winning ways with back-to-back stoppage victories.
Talivaa (8-2, 4 KO) last won the IBF Oceania-Orient title, defeating Faiga Opelu by first-round stoppage.
Undercard remaining
At cruiserweight, Luke Modini (13-0, 11 KO) will likely need distance to beat Peng Qu (17-2-1, 12 KO), while Riley Candy (8-1, 5 KO) could stop Nathan Watson (11-3, 3 KO) at super middleweight.
Vegas Larfield (13-1, 9 KO) can hand Shamal Ram Anuj (11-8, 8 KO) his fourth defeat in a row in a featherweight clash.
Heavyweight Nelson Asofa-Solomon (2-0, 2 KO) can secure a third straight knockout over debutant George Burgess, and Stevan Ivic (8-0-1, 2 KO) can do the same against Caleb Tialu (3-7, 3 KO), also a heavyweight.
Prospective super welterweight fighter Jack Javed (1-0) should overtake Lance McDonald (1-5-1, 1 KO).
