“In response to the petition, the Department, on behalf of MUCC, may grant or refuse a request to terminate the summary suspension order or immediately plan the hearing in order to decide whether to refuse an application for termination of the order. The department held conference with the defendant on March 6, 2025.
“He is ordered that, on the basis of information intended for conference conference, the department, on behalf of MUCC, states that there is no direct threat to the integrity of sport, public interest or the well -being and safety of the participant who requires emergency.
“The order of the summary suspension referred to above is resolved, in force on March 14, 2025. The Department will remove the respondent’s name from the suspension list of the sanctioned organization of keeping registers, in force on the same day.”
