Promoter Eddie Hearn says that the next fight of Anthony Joshua in November or December will reveal how much he left physically in his career. Hearn expects the former two-time heavyweight champion Joshua (28-4, 25 KO) to fight someone “threatening” In the top 15.

AJ skills: Power, boxing still at the top

Joshua boxing skills are still as good as always, and its power is at the highest level. Certainly has the ability to continue the fight at the age of 40, provided he accepts Klitschko style that he used to defeat Andy Ruiz in their rematch in 2019.

During this fight, Joshua noted his fighting style, stabbing, holding and moving to avoid a combination of a punch with Ruiz. It worked well that Anthony won a wide 12-round unanimous decision.

35-year-old AJ comes out of a brutal defeat in the fifth round with Daniel Dubois in September last year in London. The way Joshua was beaten in this fight raises questions about his ability to take a difficult blow without knocking out.

“If he doesn’t look good in a training camp, if the sparring does not look good if we go in a fight in November. Let’s arrange it this way. If he goes to fight in November or December and does not look good at all, I would say to him even before the fight of fury,” maybe we don’t have to do it, “said Eddie Hearn. IFL TV About Anthony Joshua.

Deontay Wilder was mentioned as a potential opponent of Joshua if Tyson Fury does not leave the pension. Using the former heavyweight master WBC, Wilder, would be a good option for Joshua to build confidence. In this fight he would have to box, not throw it away if he wanted to avoid knocking out the “brown bomber”. A good fight would be to return to Klitschko’s style.

Next fight: chosen threatening opponent

“You will learn very quickly, which he left in November or December, because he will fight someone threatening, because in the top 15 there is no one threatening,” said Hearn.

Anthony fans still believe that he is the same Vintage version of herself, which became a professional in 2013. They blame his loss with Dubois with his trainer, Ben Davis, telling him to “throw ankle” in the fifth round. It was a crazy council, because Joshua was doing well Daniel, using his stab and looked as if he was on his way to victory.

Tony Bellew Reviews Anthony Joshua's Comeback Victory Over Kristian Prenga After Knockdown Drama

Anthony Joshua may have earned a knockout win over Kristian Prenga but the fight certainly didn’t unfold as most people expected.

Joshua was facing the Albanian in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Saturday, and it looked like a massive upset could be on the cards when he was dropped twice in the opening round.

‘AJ’ was able to recover and went on to secure a second round knockout victory to prevent the shock lossseemingly paving the way for the battle against Tyson Fury later this year.

One man who was ringside to witness the battle was former cruiserweight world champion Tony Bellewand he praised Joshua’s ability to turn things around in the fight after describing it as ‘chaos’.

“We predicted round two but I don’t think we foresaw that. That was chaos. He doesn’t see the uppercut coming and finds himself on the floor without knowing how he got there.

“The second one he did see it coming and he was able to clench down on the jaw. He got up and then the experience that he has he used tonight because he tied him up. Against Andy Ruiz he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know how to do that, but tonight he did.

“He showed once again there is no quit. To be that hurt in the first round and get up, that’s the recoveries of power. People talk about your chin, but it’s not, it’s the level of fitness that gets you up from the floor.

“When Joshua gets a fighter hurt he’s the best finisher in the division. Whenever he hurts someone they’re gone. I haven’t seen him drop anybody and they survive, only Andy Ruiz. He’s a ruthless finisher.”

The clash between Joshua and Fury is now expected to be announced soon for later this year, after Fury won his own interim fight on Friday by defeating Mariusz Wach.
