Fans are disappointed by choosing his opponent David Benavidez, Anthony Yarde for defending his heavyweight title in November in Saudi Arabia.

People hoped that the “Mexican monster” by Benavidez (30-0, 24 KO) would fight the Great Puncher, the transient WBO champion Callum Smith.

Yarde: Safer choice?

The choice of Yarde (27-3, 24 KO) is a great disappointment for fans who perceive this as a case of Benavidez, who chose a safer, less risky opponent who does not bring the same danger as Callum.

Influence of Morrella Fight on Benavidez

Fans who saw Benavidez’s last fight with David Morrell Note that he made many penalties in February last year. Although Benavidez won the 12-round fight with a unanimous decision, the younger, stronger Morrell landed many immense shots on it.
