When asked about reports linking Shakur to Zuffa Boxing, White did not dismiss the possibility.

“Possibly,” Dana White replied when asked if Shakur Stevenson could join Zuffa Boxing. “Listen, I think eventually everyone will be here at Zuffa Boxing.”

Dana didn’t say what he meant by “everyone” will join Zuffa. He has already signed Conor Benn and Jai Opetaia. If they tattoo Shakur and Haney, it would be a huge start for the company.

White then addressed Devin Haney specifically following Bill Haney’s recent comments regarding a reported $100 million offer tied to Devin’s future.

“Including Devin Haney after his dad posted a cryptic message regarding a hundred million dollar contract.”

In the first few months, Zuffa Boxing expanded aggressively, signing prospects and building cards around undefeated fighters facing each other rather than protecting records.

White pointed to Sunday’s event as an example of the direction the company wants to continue moving.

“When the best fight the best, that’s what everyone wants to see.”

“Great card from start to finish, with lots of up and coming prospects, lots of undefeated guys fighting undefeated guys,” Dana said.

White also explained that Zuffa wants players to take risks without worrying about losing their advantage after a loss.

“No one has to worry about being cut or having their money converted at a loss,” Dana said. “That’s how it works.”

White has repeatedly said that he expects Zuffa Boxing to make the most progress closer to 2027, when more fighters enter the organization’s system and competition within the lineup begins to develop naturally.

“Judge us on our body of work as we enter ’27,” White said. “They will only get better.”
