Anthony Joshua The next fight nailed when Oleksandr Usyk receives orders and the rival loses 7 million pounds
Published
1 year agoon
Anthony Joshua could buy back from last year’s defeat with Daniel Dubois. The British boxer was knocked out by “DDD” in Wembley in the fight for the IBF heavyweight title in September. However, recent events suggest that the rematch may be on the cards.
Dubois looked at Oleksandr Usyk for the undisputed heavyweight title after his last victory, but for the first time he had to defeat Joseph Parker last month. Unfortunately, Dubois had to withdraw from his first defense of the title in the Kingdom of Arena during the Fight Week. This caused Parker to shake Martin Bakole last -minute replacement, ending the match in the second round. Although Dubois has retained his title because of its withdrawal, he apparently lost the chance to fight Utyk – with a parker, who will now face an unbeaten Ukrainian.
Reports also suggest that Dubois lost the stunning 7 million pounds as a result of withdrawing from the fight, taking into account both his bag on the match and the money he spent on a comprehensive training camp.
Since Parker is currently the fleeting WBO heavyweight champion, the organization demanded that Usyk agree to defend his own title within 30 days before the start of the Battle Battle Battle, informs Mirror us.
David Higgins, Parker’s promoter, also explained that his warrior itching the title of world champion. Talking with Sky SportsHiggins said: “We have no idea whether it will continue. But I can tell you that. I talked to Joseph Parker today and would like to fight for the world championship title.
“He will fight everyone, wherever the title of world champion. This is his goal to fight for the title of world champion. Joseph is patiently waiting, he keeps the case, and if the opportunity comes to fight for the title, he would like to catch him. We would do it in the blink of an eye. “
Meanwhile, the Utyk, who won the divided in the decisive decision over Tyson Fury in the Saudi Arabia of the Kingdom in May last year to become a heavyweight champion, may decide to delay his pursuit of this title for the second time. Instead, he may consider the Parker to challenge his WBA (Super), WBC, WBO and IBO belt collection.
This development can pave the way for Joshui to look for a rematch against Dubois for the crown of IBF. In particular, loudly about his desire for lucrative fight against Fury in 2025. Joshua’s plans changed when the “Gypsy king” hung his gloves after two defeats from Utyt last year.
Eddie Hearn from Matchroom Boxing discussed this perspective last month, noting: “I think the right thing would be Daniel Dubois’s rematch, I think that this is what he would like to do, have another chance for the world championships in bulky weight. We want to fight Tyson Fury, but he knew he was retiring at the moment. “
At the age of 35 and the two -time world champion in bulky weight, Joshua shoots at the last shot at the waist. If he triumphed over Dubois, AJ can get a third crack in the UTY, with aspiration to the undisputed master-mastering of two defeats with a 38-year-old Ukrainian in the past.
In support of bulky showdown, former world champion Johnny Nelson wrote in his own Sports column of the sky: “Daniel Dubois, if he wants to surprise us with a great advertisement – fights with Anthony Joshua. This is the only person that Anthony Joshua should talk about the fight for redemption.
“Because Tyson Fury removed from the dance floor. So in fact for Anthony Joshua it should be Daniel Dubois. If Daniel Dubois is not fighting Usyk, why wouldn’t he be Anthony Joshua? He is not injured, no problem why he should not fight him.
“There is no argument why it is on the table. It would be a great fight. Common sense would tell Anthony Joshua against Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker against Oleksandr Uyek. And then we will see who remained at the end. “

“Make something and then show it to as many people as possible. And I’m still doing it, 30 years later.”

Eddie Hearn believes Tyson Fury lacks confidence ahead of his clash with Anthony Joshua later this year.
Joshua and Fury have signed a deal to face each other in the highly anticipated all-British blockbuster, which is expected to be staged in November.
“AJ” will be there will face the unknown Albanian Kristian Prenga during warm-ups in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on July 25.
Fury, who retired to beat Arslanbek Makhmudov on points in April, is also keen to fight again before facing his long-time rival, with an August 1 date being discussed.
Joshua’s promoter Hearn questions the Morecambe fighter’s decision to fight another fight in the meantime, believing it could signal a lack of faith.
“He’s going to do what he’s going to do,” the 46-year-old said Sky Sports Boxing.
“And if he feels like he needs a good fight, I like that because it tells me he’s not completely confident.
“He shot 12 good rounds with Makhmudov to the point where you really need more rounds?
“He told us, ‘You don’t need another fight.’
“In two years of boxing, we had four rounds with Jake Paul.
“You had 12 rounds with Makhmudov at Tottenham but you still feel you need more rounds to prepare for Anthony Joshua.
“More rounds won’t assist you, because I can see it.
“When Makhmudov came into that fight, I knew what AJ was going to do.”

“AJ” came face to face with Prenga at their stadium first press conference on Monday in London.
The 36-year-old will fight for the first time since he knocked out Jake Paul in the sixth round in December in Miami.

10 days after Paul was arrested, the Watford man suffered minor injuries in a fatal car crash that killed two of his close friends, Latif Ayodele and Sina Ghami, while on holiday in Nigeria.
Joshua has already returned to the training camp in Valencia along with former rival Oleksandr Usyk.
