Canelo vs William Scull

Amir Khan talked to World Boxing News before the clash of former opponent Saul “Canelo” Alvarez with William Scull on Dazn PPV.

Canelo intends to become a two -level unquestioned champion when the Mexican Supergivid puts his WBC, WBO and WBA Super Middle Wweight to grip the IBF belt handle.

Khan faced Canelo in 2016 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas after moving two weight classes. He lost the auction of the WBC average title through the arrest of the sixth round.

The currently recognized Khan called his former Foe so that he would not pull the blows or appreciate the unknown pretender.

Despite the fact that he is invincible, it is complex to assess how good it is 23-0 Cubans from those he rejected aside. His best win was with 16-0 Vladimir Shishkin, when he scored a unanimous decision in Germany in October last year.

Of these 23 wins, only nine knockouts boast.

WBN asked Khana how Canelo copes with his debut in Saudi Arabia on Saturday. A man from Bolton agreed that it was complex to call, not seeing too much material from Scull.

“To be candid, I don’t know much about Scull. It’s like unknown with Canelo,” said Khan only World Boxing News. “But look, every fight is a complex fight at this level.

“If Canelo underestimates Scull, who knows

Scull comes from the Cuban Boxing School and appeared on his own skin, and Khan pointed to the previous fight in which Canelo fought this fight style.

“Sometimes people skip Cuban boxing,” he said. “You just have to look at every Cuban who has become a professional, with a heavyweight [Frank Sanchez] Down [Yuriorkis] Gamboa, but not only the Cuban, whom I fought in amateurs [Mario Kindelan, who defeated Khan in the Olympic final before losing to the Briton in a pro rematch].

“We must give these Cubans respect. They are good warriors, skillful. Let’s not forget that Canelo had a strenuous fight with Erislanda Lara.”

Canelo’s Friday weighing weighs 167.1 pounds. Scull IBF Super Middle Wweight was at 166.1 pounds. The winner comes out with four world titles and a mass American fight in autumn.

Scull is far from Floyd Mayweather, Miguel Cotto or Sergey Kovalev. However, this is a goal for Famer 62-2-2 Hall of Famer.

Canelo’s victory created a huge, undisputed battle for the title of a super medium weight from Terenka Crawford in September. Chris Eubank Jr. It would then be an opportunity for Great Britain in May.
