Ben Whittaker once again wasted no time in remaining undefeated at the Echo Arena in Liverpool as he needed less than a round to defeat Argentine Brian Nahuel Suarez in their featherlight heavyweight fight scheduled for ten rounds.
Whittaker kept Suarez live on DAZN as he continues to impress.
The original winner of the event was scheduled to be Callum Smith against David Morrell, but Smith withdrew due to injury and Whittaker was promoted to main event status.
Olympic silver medalist Whittaker (11-0-1, KO8) he was the last one to make his Matchroom debut in November when he needed just over two minutes to defeat Benjamin Gavazi, while Suarez (21-4, KO20) was best known for dropping Lyndon Arthur before being knocked out after ten minutes in his 2023 IBO title fight.

The 35-year-old southpaw returned to winning ways with back-to-back stoppage victories.
Talivaa (8-2, 4 KO) last won the IBF Oceania-Orient title, defeating Faiga Opelu by first-round stoppage.
