Tim Bradley warns Crawford: “Don’t get Canelo!”

Tim Bradley advises Terence Crawford to exploit all his technical skills to avoid being hit by Canelo Alvarez on September 13. He believes that Canelo’s power is too high for Crawford (41-0, 31 KO) to risk hitting in Netflix.

What makes Crawford hinder two weight classes up to 168 after it was marked at 154 in his debut in this division in August last year against Israil Madrimov. Crawford did not stop at 160 or did not tune up to 168 against someone with similar power.

Bradley says that 37 -year -old Crawford has this opportunity for two reasons:

  1. Turks Alalshikh
  2. Canelo doesn’t fight David Benavidez

Turki would probably fight Benavidez, but Canelo wouldn’t. Apparently he wanted $ 200 million. It is a fight that would cause much more noise than this, because Canelo would be weaker.

Bradley Canelo-Crawford warning

“I would advise Crawford not to be hit. We don’t have to see your endurance,” said Tim Bradley with him YouTube canal. “We have to see your brilliance. You must exploit every skill throughout your body to beat this man, Canelo. It comes. Whenever someone is fighting with you, Crawford, it will be really.”

The Turki directive consisting in the fact that, not wanting to see Tom and Jerry, they fight in his events, means that Crawford will fight Canelo in his pocket at least for some time, because he will want to continue the fight for his cards. Crawford’s chin will be tested. He became the “Little GGG” power shots of Israil Madrimov. So he can be able to deal with Canelo’s power.

“All Mexicans will be outside the home. You will be extremely numerous,” said Bradley about how it will be when Crawford fought with Alvarez in Mexico Independence in Las Vegas. “It will be a fight to remember. It’s about Crawford’s heritage. Not more for Canelo Alvarez. He has everything to lose.”

Bradley is right. Canelo has everything to lose in this fight and not much to get than money. If he loses with Crawford, he would worsen his heritage than if Benavidez fought and lost. Defeating Crawford will not do much for Canelo, because he has two divisions above him.

Why Crawford has a fight with Canelo

“The reason why this fight is happening is Turki Alalshikh,” said Bradley. “It’s one. Two, Canelo is too pliable to fight Benavidez. It’s all. Uncomplicated pliable. That’s why this fight is happening. Crawford has an opportunity that he never got in his career.”

Canelo should have been fighting with Benavidez instead, because it makes him look feeble, that he is ready to fight another warrior who has been approaching two weight classes since 154. He fought with Jermell Charlo in 2023 after he appeared from 154, and now he does it again.

“I would love to see how he is fighting Manny Pacquiao. I would like to see how he is fighting Keith Thurman. Everyone has been hidden. Everyone of them. Now he is shot and intends to create a story,” said Bradley.

Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn Live Scorecard and Fight Result: Boxing News Update

Ryan Garcia makes the first defence of his WBC welterweight world title tonight when he faces Conor Benn in a major Las Vegas showdown at the T-Mobile Arena.

Garcia claimed the belt by comfortably outpointing Mario Barrios in February and now returns to the same venue looking to establish himself at the top of the 147lb division. Benn, meanwhile, challenges for a world title for the first time in his career and is back in the welterweight ranks for the first time since 2022.

The Brit has spent recent years competing at higher weights, including his two fights with Chris Eubank Jr at 160lbs, meaning his cut back down to 147lbs has been one of the biggest talking points of fight week. Both men made weight on Friday, with Benn scaling 146lbs and Garcia 145.5lbs.

Boxing News will provide live round-by-round scoring for the fight below.

Ryan Garcia TKO 2. Garcia’s left hook rarely missed, but Benn took them and ploughed forward. The same couldn’t be said for the American’s right hand, however, which landed flush and put Benn down. Smelling blood, Garcia jumped on the Brit and forced referee Thomas Taylor to step in and call a halt to proceedings in the second round.

Jai Opetaia vs Noel Mikaelian Live Scorecard and Fight Result: Latest Boxing News Update

Jai Opetaia looks to strengthen his claim as the leading cruiserweight in the world tonight when he faces WBC champion Noel Mikaelian in a major title clash at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The unbeaten Australian puts his Ring and Zuffa Boxing cruiserweight titles on the line against Mikaelian, with the contest serving as the chief support to Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn. Opetaia enters with a perfect 30-0 record and has made clear that his long-term ambition remains to become undisputed before eventually moving up to heavyweight.

Mikaelian represents another significant obstacle in that pursuit. The experienced champion had previously been ordered to face David Benavidez but instead moved forward with the Opetaia fight, setting up one of the most significant cruiserweight contests of the year. Though many assumed the WBC would strip the Armenian, President Mauricio Sulaiman says there will be no decision made until next week.

Victory would move the winner closer to undisputed status and a unification clash with Benavidez.

Boxing News will provide live round-by-round scoring for the fight below.

Obadiah TKO 9.A solid performance from Opetaia, who becomes the first man to stop Mikaelian. The Armenian kept it interesting at points – and even hurt Opetaia in the seventh – but was ultimately ground down by the Aussie’s power and stopped on his feet in the ninth round after four or five clean shots to the head. Benavidez was watching ringside and stepped into the ring post-fight. He presents a must-watch match-up next for three of the four belts in the division, assuming Opetaia is allowed to now claim the WBC title.
