Shakur Stevenson’s still departure? Fans doubt Hearna as a promoter among Zepeda Fight Buzz
Published
3 hours agoon

Fans on social media remain skeptical that Shakur Stevenson will remain at Matchroom Eddie Hearna for another fight with William Zepeda on July 12.
Although he denied Stevenson’s reports (leaving Matchroom, stating that he still had a contract with him and Turks Alalshikh), fans distrustful to the promoter, believing that he did not appear about the actual situation.
Shakura’s silence
Shakura’s silence is strange about his departure and signing a contract with another promoter, Lou Dubella, for his defense in his featherlight WBC belt before William Zepeda on the card on July 12 in Recent York. He does not comment on gossip about him completely differently than Shakur.
Fans of several of his silence on this subject as a confirmation that he left Matchroom, but he will still be on the Turki card on July 12, but with another promoter. It doesn’t matter for the average person promoting Stevenson. So Hearn is converted into another promoter by Shakur, it won’t make a difference.
He still has to defeat the unbeaten Zeda (33-0, 27 KO) on this card. Turki is an essential person here. He can assist Stevenson in the fight against Gervont Davis this year, if he wins on July 12.
Some fans do not think so and feel that Hearn is dancing around the subject, hoping that he will do things with popular Shakur fighters behind the scenes to keep him among his herd in the match.
Imperceptible hand
Hearna’s recurrent mention of Turks, when he talked about Stevenson, suggests to some that he hopes to assist him keep him on board the second fight of his contract with two fights.
Some fans perceive Stevenson, who betrayed Hearna and feel that he should have stayed with him to complete his contract with two fights instead of abandoning the ship after one fight with electrician Josh Padley.

Canelo Alvarez believes that the invincible Crawford series should end against Madrimov

April 24, 2025
Canelo Alvarez says that he thinks that Terenka Crawford should still not be a disturbing warrior after his last fight with the former WBA Master Junior Medium weight Israil Madrimov on the tab of the Riyadh season of Turki Alayadh in Los Angeles.
Alvarez says Crawford thinks “Lost” THe is fighting or it was “to draw,” What concerns what many boxing fans believe. The 37-year-old Terenka received a narrow 12-round unanimous decision of the results 115-113, 116-112 and 115-112. However, “Little GGG” Madrimov landed more tough, cleaner shots in each round of fighting and defeated Crawford on the stock exchanges. Madrimov made him look like his age, a 40-member warrior, on his last legs.
Crawford “Lost”?
The powerful, technical Israil hit Crawford in Wola with his right hands on the head. There were at least six to eight immense right hands, with which Madrimov hit Crawford in every round of fighting. This should be enough for Madrimov to win, but not with these judges. They gave this aging Omah, Nebraska, giving him a contaminated victory, sending him to fight Canelo under the Obscure Cloud.
“I think he lost to me. He lost the fight or draw. This may be the other side, but he knows why there are weight classes,” said Canelo Alvarez to Talkport Boxing, discussing his view on the fight of Terenka Crawford with Israil Madrimov last year, believing Crawford.
I agree with Canelo. Crawford lost this fight and it was bad to see how he gave his decision, and Madrimov robbed a popular warrior in this way. Madrimov, a visiting warrior, received a strict contract.
Terroming to doubt
Crawford should have been acting properly, admitting that he lost and giving Madrimov a rematch. He has been on his ass since his controversial victory over Israil. He should have been useful, removing controversy instead of sitting, waiting for his golden retirement payment against Alvarez in September.
Usually this should cause Madrimov to win the fight. The judges went with the fighter A, Bud Crawford, in what some fans considered preferential treatment. I watched the fight again and I had Madrimov, who won 9-3. The only rounds that Crawford seemed to win are 10, 11 and 12.
Even the last round could go to Madrimov, because he illuminated Crawford like a Christmas tree, marking him with multiple right hands thrown straight into the pipe, whipping his head.

HEARN WROZNI: The promoter shoots with the label “Snake Oil Salesman” for Eubank Jr. vs. Benn “Family Feud” fight

Eddie Hearn boiled the promoter today, reacting to the designation “Serpent of snake oil” To promote Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn Family Feud Fight as one with the best pretenders around the world.

Produced drama
This fight is 100% made of drama and only a beloved celebrity match. This is a match for entertainment purposes, using older, sentimental fans of Great Britain, who remember the notable fathers of Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank. Hearn deserves the name of a snake oil seller, because this invented fight puts entertainment over sport because they are not real warriors at the world level.
Two warriors occupy sanctioning bodies, but none of them defeated the highest class of the opponent during their career, thanks to which the fight was seen as a fight between two fighters at the highest level. Benn would lose virtually every claimant in the rankings in 147, and the same with Eubank Jr.
“Conor Benn is ranked with all management bodies or most of them. Fifth with some. What does he say:” He is not the 15 best wagons, “said Eddie Hearn. Social boxingResponding to the comments of Simon Jordan about the fact that he is a snake oil seller, perceiving the fight Eubank JR-Lin as not a fight between pretenders at the world level. “Chris Eubank is the best 15 in global medium weight rankings. Do you say that there are not 15 best in medium weight?”
Just because sanctioning bodies are occupied by Benn and Eubank Jr. does not mean that they deserve it. They did not defeat anyone who is assessed at the highest level.
None of the last six winnings Benna came against the welterweight candidates. During his career, he fought all the north of the fighters and did not improve the level of opposition he faced. This is a disturbing part.

Fall Eubank Jr.
“He is 35 years elderly, he was inactive and was just knocked out by Liam Smith. Yes, it is absolutely no question that there was a warrior, and he is no longer fearless,” said Hearn asked if he thinks that Eubank Jr. shows signs of physical fall. He used to be fearless. He is a tough man. He has a great chin, but he has been cleaned and is not the same warrior. “
Eubank Jr. Of course, he is not a warrior he once was from 2015 to 2018, when he defeated fighters such as Arthur Abraham, Renold Quinlan, Nick Blackwell and Gary O’Sullivan. He still has enough to overcome the inexperienced, smaller and inactive Conor Benn.
“His body breaks down. They stopped him to go through the camp. He is ready to take. It will not be simple, but he is ready. He never had the right trainer,” said Hearn about Eubank Jr. “He went from the camp to the camp. He always did what he wanted to do. He never had the right training camp like Conor Benn. No.
“I’m not saying that he is not a dedicated guy because he is devoted, but nowhere near Conor Benn. I don’t want it anymore. It’s no longer about boxing. It’s money, money, money. That’s all. Give me the money,” said Hearn about Eubank Jr.
