Shakur Stevenson says that William Zepeda and his team deceived him and that he was finally “He imprisoned him” To fight July 12 at Queens, Novel York. Stevenson states that Zepedy’s band knew what “special talent” was. So so far they have not allowed Zeped (33-0, 27 Kos).

Zepeda is by far the best warrior Shakur (23-0, 11 KO), and there is a chance that he will reveal him. Stevenson was close to losing to Edwin de Los Santos in 2023 and he was lucky that the three judges assigned him delicate shots that landed.

Zepeda’s power threat

Zepeda has good power, and his body impact and huge volume make him a real threat to Stevenson. This is a fight that the WBC Lightweight Shakur champion cannot win while standing in his pocket. He must move to refrain from overwhelming the blows.

“That is something when I say,” He tilts me. ” This is not a warrior. Boxing DAZN About his belief that William Zepeda and his team cheat him. “So I won’t say WILLIAM Zepeda specifically.

Stevenson had nothing for him until Alalshikh was not interested in him and began to employ him for his events. So fighters such as Zepeda, Vasily Lomachenko and Gervonta Davis saw no attention in the fight with him because there was no money with him. Stevenson does not cooperate with opponents. This was another reason why Zepeda and his team did not see the sense of fighting him.

“I will say that it is William Zepeda’s band and everyone around them knows how good I am and how unique talent, who did not want the fight to happen and threw me. They caught me, but we got it,” said Stevenson.

A huge part of why Zepeda and his team were not in a hurry to fight Shakur, is that he was not popular, and the critic he took for the whole night in the fight against Edwin de los Santos in 2023. This Stevenson’s performance turned off many warriors because they did not have to deal with the runner and the crap. In the fight of Shakura with de los Santos they were both booed. Stevenson for running and de los Santos for the inability to catch him.

Stevenson’s trust: trap?

“We traveled him, And on July 12 I come there to put my best performances in my life – said Shakur.

Stevenson will look stupid if he loses with Zepeda, because it sounds so confident that in the fight on July 12. There is no offensive skills or power that suits what Zepeda will throw on him. It is almost certain that Shakur will work all night, and there will be a lot of Boos at the stadium, which will fight.

Interestingly, Shakur is not trying to imprison his pretender WBC No. 1, Andy Cruz, the way he pressed on Zepeda. He never mentions the Golden Olympic medalist 2020, the name of Cruza, which can only mean that he considers him a threat to his rule and will avoid him at all costs.

Terence Crawford Declares One Current Fighter Unbeatable: "He Will Take Over"

Terence Crawford believes one man will follow in his footsteps and retire as an unbeaten world champion, essentially becoming a generational great in the process.

‘Bud’ became not only a world champion but a three-division undisputed king, ending his career with a legacy-defining unanimous decision triumph over Canelo Alvarez.

Even before that, Crawford was considered an elite pound-for-pound operator for over a decade, with many believing his most complete performance came against Errol Spence Jr in 2023.

But while the American is perhaps in a class of his own, he nonetheless believes that four-division world champion Shakur Stevenson can achieve a similar degree of success.

The 29-year-old claimed a career-best victory in January, losing just one round as he dethroned Teofimo Lopez with a masterful unanimous decision victory.

Having now signed with Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing, though, it remains to be seen whether he defends his WBO super-lightweight title or pursues opportunities elsewhere.

Either way, Crawford has told Fight Hub TV that Stevenson has the mental and physical attributes to remain unbeaten at the highest level.

“I think Shakur [will take over]for sure, Shakur hands down. I think, given the opportunity, he’s going to show the world that he’s the best. His mental, his defense [sets him apart]takes his craft serious. He’s the type of the fighter that you gotta pull out the gym. [Is he beatable?] Not at all. Everybody [is] beatable, but I don’t see nobody beating him.”

Since inking a promotional deal with Zuffa, Stevenson has named Devin Haney and Gervonta Davis as two potential opponents who would cement his greatness.

The slick southpaw could therefore compete anywhere between lightweight and 147lbs, depending on which division offers the most realistic opportunities.
