The chairman of the highest class Bob Arum paid tribute to the former warrior Vasiliy Lomachenko after retiring Ukrainian from boxing.
Arum, participating in boxing from seven different decades, said that it was an “honor” to promote one of the greatest fighters of his generation.
Lomachenko chose the arum to lead his career despite the interest of every other main promoter on the market.
Loma passed this decision to two promoters, Arum and Oscar de la Hoya, but eventually the senior general won.
By debuting in 2013, Lomachenko won the global ranking, after which he maintained the title of WBO Feather Wweight in the amount only in his third fight.
Two subsequent crowns of the Weight Division occurred when Lomachenko became a five -time champion before retiring as Lightweight Title Pholder IBF.
In the touching addition to the emotional statement of Lomachenko, Arum and the highest rank they sent their tribute to World Boxing News on Thursday.
“After an extraordinary professional career, the great Vasiliy Lomachenko announced a retirement from boxing,” we read in the information.
“The highest rank was privileged to promote” Loma “throughout his historical journey, which included world titles in three weight classes and recognition as an outstanding sport warrior.
“Lomachenko tied a boxing record, winning the title of world champion in his third professional duel and became the world champion in three validity in 12 fights, establishing a fresh standard in sport.
“Before he twisted a professional, he had an unparalleled amateur record of 396-1, winning the gold medals of the Olympic and world championships for his hometown of Ukraine. In 2022 he suspended his career, returning to his homeland to join the Territorial Defense Battalion after the Russian invasion.”
Arum added: “It was an honor for all of us in the best rank to promote Vasiliy Lomachenko’s boxing career.
“He was a generational champion and we will all miss his participation in sport.”

The final opponent of Lomachenko, George Cambosos Jr., was one of the first to congratulate Lomachenko of his decision.
“God bless you, brother. It was the honor of being your last opponent and enter with you in the ring. The Orthodox warrior of Christ and the great man,” said a super lithe pretender who challenges Richardson Hitchins in the IBF version in the next duel.
The former Stablema Mick Conlan said: “One of the biggest boxers of all time. You inspired me and countless fighters around the world.
“Sharing boxing cards with you was really unique. Enjoy life, master.”
The former pound king for the pound Antonio Tarver added: “Enjoy pension, Loma, you deserved. Thanks for the memories, master.”
The 37-year-old certainly leaves his place as Hall of Famer in the first ball as soon as he qualifies.
