Deontay Wilder reveals a secret worth $ 400,000, regrets fight

Deontay Wilder claims that problems in his personal life should have been sufficient to cancel the fights he lost, including alleged theft of $ 400,000.

Wilder says that someone close to stole a significant sum during his life when he fought mentally.

The former heavyweight master WBC claimed that someone close to stole $ 400,000, although there is no official, publicly confirmed police investigation.

Wilder did not associate alleged theft with any specific person, including Swift.

Partner’s claims

World Boxing News announced in June last year that Tellla Swift’s fiancée issued an order to embarrass against Wilder, demanding physical and verbal violence.

The accusations of shock occurred five months after Joseph Parker inflicted the third loss of the former world champion, and at the same time Zhilei Zhang knocked him out in Saudi Arabia.

Again, without direct calling Swift, Wilder said that a few people in his life hurt him and that his way of thinking is enough for him to spend more time from the ring.

He did not do it and undoubtedly attributes these losses to his home situation.

SWIFT, his daughter’s mother, has passed since the couple canceled the wedding. However, Wilder never publicly asked earnest accusations against him.

They included SWIFT spitting, choked her and demanding intimacy to the will, as part of the filed lawsuit.

In the lawsuit, it was partly: “I believe that Deontay is able to be physically violent against me after returning in June.

“He expressed that he has been furious at me since April and was physically insults in the past,” she said in a court application according to TMZ report Posted on June 6, 2024 and after obtaining a full TRO.

Swift did not publicly answer Wilder’s recent comments. Meanwhile, from June 2025, the claim remains unresolved in public and none of the parties confirmed the settlement or court result.

Discussing how he felt during this period, said Wilder Ring To be sincere, about cutting off ties with people he once loved.

“Betrayal is 10 times worse than a broken heart,” said Wilder. “It influenced me a lot. Many of these fights should have been dismissed. But I found out.

“There were times when I experienced the most hard times, trying to find out that I was still the same man with the same manners and mentality. But in fact I had no confidence.

“I thought that on the way during training or when the fight would come, by that time I would have everything I need, confidence, motivation.

“You’re trying to convince yourself, but so many happens in your life in your life.”

“Dagger to your heart”

He added: “I am a donor and I do not take and I do not know what it is like to receive. It is a terrible feeling that I cannot describe.

“It’s difficult to deal with people so much. It’s a dagger for your heart, and then at the end they try to take you off and bury you.

“They manipulate others that you are a bad man. It should be a straightforward ticket to hell. But I cut off these loads from me and became much lighter.”

Wilder returns on Friday evening on the Kansas combat card against Tyrrell Herndon, knowing that the loss would mean the end of his career at the highest level.
