Heavyweight Mihai Nistor tells WBN that Deontay Wilder can return to the top of sport and take out his rival Anthony Joshu.
Unbeatable Romanian, 8-0, 8 KO, was the first boxer to stop Joshua when they fought in amateurs fourteen years ago.
He says Wilder still has the opportunity.
Nistor fought for who is the current heavyweight crops during his days in an unpaid code.
The 34-year-old was fought by Filip Hrgovic, Otto Wallin, Tony Yoka and Oleksandr Usyk. In addition, Guido Vianello, Yoandy Toirac and Frazer Clarke with mixed results.
This experience gives a unique perspective, especially at Joshua. The British remains the target of Nistor in the ranks of Pro before retiring.
Joshua continues to fight the British rival of Tyson Fury. However, “Gypsy King” is an adamant pension is his future.
But with Wilder next month, Sharp Money is on Joshua, finally shares the ring with the American Slugger this year.
To set up such a possibility, Wilder must go through Tyrell Herndon on 27 June at Charles Koch Arena, Wichita, Kansas.
AJ fight becomes real again.
It’s no secret that the name “brown bomber” is damaged goods. His one -sided losses with Joseph Parker and Zhilei Zhang at the Kingdom of the Arena in Saudi Arabia were for this.
If the 39-year-old can win in the style of BLK Prime PPV, Nistor believes that Wilder has a chance to defeat Joshua in Great Britain.
Asked what he does about the losses of Deontay Wilder and his return, Nistor said deeply World Boxing News: “Career is like life: he has its heights and downs.
“But in the case of Deontay Wilder I think that in the next fight he will be more concentrated, concentrated and prepared.”
Golden boy
About whether Wilder can return to the top when he approaches 40, Nistor replied: “Why not? Everything depends on his physical and mental preparation.
“Age is not a barrier; it’s just a number, and if it is prepared and ready, everything can happen.”
Summary of Wilder’s fight versus Joshua and whether the WBC heavyweight championship holder was concentrated can then overthrow the current king, Usyk, Nistor said: “I believe that Wilder can defeat Joshua.
“But, as we know, it is more tough to win Deontay Wilder from Usyk.”
As he strives for 9-0 in his career this year, Nistor has one hundred percent knockout and remains a potential opponent of Wilder or Joshua in the future.
