De la Hoya chases Teofimo Lopez Deal
Published
1 year agoon
Oscar de la Hoya, a Golden Boy promoter, suggested that after his social media outbreaks, he would turn Teofimo Lopez into a wage star.
The former world champion wants the current champion of WBO Super Lithe Wweight in his stable despite the storm of racism around the “takeover”.
Lopez constantly acted in controversy throughout May after defeating Arnold Barbozy Jr. in Recent York.
Sharing the bill with Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney, Lopez left the Times Square party with some justification, unlike his rivals. Statistics have shot performances and records for improper reasons left the whole program.
However, the reports linked Lopez with Haney in delayed summer, but he sabotaged the fight when he opened a can of worms.
The 27-year-old repeated the tasteless words of Terenka Crawford, even though he was warned face to face by a pound for a pound.
Lopez originally stood the accused of naming Crawford in a racially charged animal name before “Bud” asked him directly to explain.
At that time, Lopez stated that it was only a “promotion”, but as soon as the native in Las Vegas returned home, he said even worse offensive statement about Crawford.
Despite the fact that WBO warned, that he faced the delicate title deprived of his delicate title and expelled by the organization, Lopez drew attention to the trade of Arabia of Saudi Arabia Turki Alalshikh.
Another attempt at Blackball Lopez’s professional career threw abuse to the owner of the Ring magazine, who paid him the last control of the fight.
Lopez published photos with Floyd Mayweather and De La Hoya before the latter submitted a public offer.
“Teofimo Lopez, brother, if you don’t have a promoter, call me. I can give you advice and take care of your best interest. Let’s put you with a PPV star, as you deserve it,” said De la Hoya in social media despite meeting Lopez at the weekend.
Why de la Hoya has not submitted an offer in person, is unknown at the moment.
Regardless of his future, Lopez must give some justification for his behavior when the fans begin to imagine from the warrior of the year WBN in 2020.
If de la Hoya is a man who saved him, he stays in the air.
The Axis of Rasism Teofimo Lopeza
May 9 Lopez publishes a video with his father talking about Crawford
Sr. He said: “This is B **** (Terence) Crawford does not want to fight us!”
Lopez Jr. He answered twice: “Where is n **** er?”
May 10 Explanted explanation
“I meant how we were in the gym, so I asked:” Where is this alcohol? “
He later added: “I love everyone and appreciate all the breeds. No racism here. Stop hating and stop dividing.
“The vulture of culture, I call it as it is. The truth is that I am the only one that can fall on people’s parades.
“Do not take me if you think I’m a racist or ask me for interviews. A whole group of victims who can’t stand something but fall in love with everything!”
May 14 The President of the WBO issues a warning
“Many celebrities think that the garbage tick will attract followers and can be correct. But such rubbish embarrassment should never turn into comments about the breed,” said Gustavo Olivieri.
“Racism should not be tolerated in any language. If you are the world champion, your skills will speak for you. It also attracts followers.
“If you are a racist, WBO is not a place for you. To hell with racism. Who suits the hat, let him wear it.”
May 15 Lopez answers
“I am still the WBO and Ring Magazine Junior Welter Wweight champion in the world.”
May 28 Turki Alalshikh was aimed at
Lopez called Alalshikh a “d *** tator” in the worst of the verbal impact. Nothing good can be due to sabotage in Lopez’s career.
Alalshikh inadvertently replied: “maturity is aimed at realizing. Most things do not deserve reaction.”
Lopez later said: “I have just been released, the guys. However, before everything improves, bad things must happen first!
“Last time you see such a bad guy again, I’ll tell you.”
June 1 Apology
When we go to June, Lopez apologized to Alalshikh.
“To his Excellency, I take full responsibility for my inappropriate words in the” X “application.
“I’m publicly sorry;

Oscar Collazo drops Valdez three times before stopping him in the corner

Oscar Collazo remained undefeated and won the WBO International flyweight title on Saturday night with a devastating two-round victory over Neider Valdez.
The unified WBA, WBO and Ring Magazine minimumweight champion improved to 15-0 with 12 knockouts after defeating Valdez three times before Mexico’s corner stopped the fight at 2:35 of the second round.
Making his final appearance at 112 pounds, Collazo showed his strength immediately transferred to the upper division, defeating Valdez from the opening bell at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, California.
The Puerto Rican striker repeatedly found a home for his left hand and left no doubt about the outcome before the fight was called off.
“I felt great at 112 pounds. I love this division. In fact, I want to stay here for a long time,” Collazo said.
Knockdowns
Collazo admitted that he had already called for the fight to be stopped.
“After the third knockdown I was basically saying, ‘Never again, never again’. It was the right decision for his safety. His corner was well checked.
The victory added another belt to Collazo’s collection and enhanced his growing reputation as one of boxing’s most invigorating champions in the lower weight division.
Looking ahead, Collazo has made it clear who he wants next.
“The fight with Ricardo Sandoval definitely interests me. I really want that fight. I’m ready for gigantic fights. I’m ready to make history. That’s the fight I want next.”
Sandoval currently holds the WBA flyweight title, making this one of the most attractive fights available if Collazo continues his climb in weight.
The event was broadcast live on DAZN and was promoted by Golden Boy Promotions in partnership with Miguel Cotto Promotions.
