Promoter Richard Schaefer believes that Canelo Alvarez vs. Terenca Crawford Fight Will “”Break Records “ In Pay-Per-View, Live Gate and the global audience. Sees how he breaks it down 4.6 million PPV Record set by Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao in 2015.

No Canelo-Crawford

Interest in the fight of Canelo-Crawford remains far behind the event of Mayweather-Pacquiao ten years ago. This fight caused great interest in many months before its place. It stops the noise that fans perceive Canelo as washed at the age of 35.

He wounded his popularity, avoiding David Benavidez and choosing less fights with William Scull, Edgar Berlang and Jaime Munguia. The boxing audience did not demand that Alvarez fight these three warriors. They wanted Benavidez, and instead gave them chopped liver quality opponents.

Crawford is lacking in popularity Due to his needy career, with only washed Errol Spence and the 154-Funt champion, Israil Madrymov as his only significant opponents he met for 17 years. Terenca could support escalate the interest of fans in the fight against Canelo, if he showed courage, moved to 168 and faced Benavidez and David Morrell.

Crawford decided to sit down inactive and wait for the day of payment against the Mexican star. He played safely, waiting to fight the money with Alvarez. This will hurt the promotion of the event. Some fans compare Crawford with Sugar Ray Leonard, who never sat and was not waiting for the day of payment. He went down and was busy.

“I think it will be a versatile breakthrough. BoxnationSpeaking of the fight of Canelo Alvarez vs. Terenka Crawford on September 13.

Break all boxing records?

The way Schaefer says, you must wonder if he has some action in Canelo-Crawford. Even when a lot of money has been traveled to marketing the event by Turki Alalshikh, it may not bring much more than 1 million purchases. He is a fan of Crawford, but fans in the USA are more interested in amusing fighters such as Benavidez.

Crawford’s fights are more like chess with his combat style. This is not a style that the US audience likes to watch. Crawford is acquired for fans who like to watch hits specialists. His style is similar to Devin Haney and Shakura Stevenson.

“From the point of view of sponsorship, I think that it will break records in all categories. This is by far the most anticipated fight. The two most critical pound fighters for the pound in the first place.
