Fighting in the main event at Chumash Casino Resort on Friday evening, undefeated super lithe pretender “Sugar” Cain Sandoval (15-0, 13 Kos), from Sacramento, Ca closed the show with a dominant performance and the fourth round of Marek Bernaldez (25-7, 14 Kos), from the general city of Santos.
The stimulating event in Hollywood Fight Night was promoted by Tom Loeffler’s promotions and sent worldwide by UFC Fight Pass.
While controlling the action from the opening bell, Sandoval used a piston in the first round, while releasing his full Arsenal in the second stanza. Bernaldez has made every effort to counteract aggressive Sandoval, but in the fourth round a Filipino veteran was seriously hurt because of a body shot. Following the striking right hand, Freddie Roach trained Sandoval, sent Bernaldez on canvas, when Judge Rudy Barragan reached Ten at point: 34, and the sold -out crowd was standing and roared their consent.
During the scheduled eight-end cooperation event, Cristopher Rios (11-2.7 KO) from Los Angeles won most of Daniel “Chucky” Barrera (8-1-1, 4 Kos) from Eastvale, California in a sultry battle.
Barrera began to strongly employ his excellent boxing skills to get a solid defense. Rios became more aggressive in the second round, while Barrera tried to counteract the blow with some success. In the second half of the fight, both veterans were involved in a non-stop fight with every seemingly thrilling caution, landing many shots of power. Barrera closed heavily in the last round, using her stab and movement to slip away with a shot of Rios’s power.
After the fight of the judge’s results cards, they read 76-76 and surprisingly two cards for RIOS at 79-73.
Gor yeritsyan (20-1, 16 KO), pretender for a super welcome, detained Luis Hernandez Ramos, (23-7, 20 KO), in the second round of their planned eight round. Borda of the blows dropped Ramos, who bravely defeated the count, but the fight was stopped shortly afterwards at 2:11. The stimulating performance was the second victory in a row knockout for Yeritsyan.
The minimum mass of women in Guadalupe Medina (9-0, 2 KO), from Maywood, California, remained perfect thanks to the eight unanimous decision about the Argentine veterberry Agustina Vasquez, (4-3-2). The always improving Medina used her perfect set of skills to control the pace of the fight, raising the pace with each round against the aggressive wasquez. The results at the end of the fight amounted to 79-73 on all three cards of the judge’s results.
Favorite fan of Super Feather Fans Weight, Abel Mejia, (7-0, 5 Kos), from Orange, Ca, continued to shine beating Alfredo Diaz Minja, (9-12, 8 Kos) from Nayarit in Mexico during six rounds. Mejia controlled the action all the time, dropping Minjarez at the end of the fourth round. The exclusion results for meji had 60-53 on all three referee cards.
Opening the event, Alan Garcia (15-1, 11 KO), from Ulysses, KS won six rounds of a unanimous decision on Juan Centeno (8-19-4). The results amounted to 60-54 from all three judges.
