Coach and manager Armando Flores added: “Julian grew up in the best gym, learning from so many great fighters, so it was a natural fit.
“The requirements of the best rank of developing masters are second to none.”
The highest rank will be announced by the fourth professional Montalvo professional competition in the coming weeks.
