Berlanga: Crawford will not act like “scared” Charlo

Canelo vs. stripes Crawford

Edgar Berlanga talked to the World Boxing News to convey his views on the hit of Canelo vs. Crawford, this fall.

The former contender for the title of the world, which last year faced Canelo Alvarez at the weekend of Mexico of Independence, believes that Terenka Crawford can tell well about herself.

Berlanga set off in Alavarez the distance of the super medium weight championship, losing from a unanimous decision. This type of result becomes a common topic in Canelo later in his career.

The Mexican Super Gwiazda did not get a knockout since Caleb Plant in 2021. Berlanga is sure that Crawford will not get on a bicycle, so Canelo may have another opportunity to add to its number KO in September.

Asked how Crawford can handle Canelo, 27-year-old Puerto Rican said only worldboxingnews.com: “It will be a bit tough.

“I think Crawford has increased on weight and its levels. That’s why his weight class is for some reason. I don’t doubt anyone and I don’t doubt Crawford. I think Crawford has skills.

“We will have to see when the fight comes to see what everything looks like and how it works.”

Crawford’s certain question. But Berlanga says that it deserves the pound height on the pounds list.

“Yes, he is certainly a two-time world champion and you have to respect him,” Berlanga said.

“You can’t really deduct him. You don’t know what he is going there when thinking. Everyone is different at the end of the day.

“Just because Charlo fought him, he drove the whole twelve rounds and was afraid of death, does not mean that Crawford would do the same.

“I feel that Crawford has a bigger heart and they say Spanish:” Cojones “to enter and fight a guy like him.

“I would not be scared and I know that he comes with this mentality similar to a dog,” summed up the artist from Nokautów in the first round.

The Canelo vs Crawford event is currently in the transition. Turki Alalshikh revealed plans to transfer the date to September 13, which is excluded by the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The University of Las Vegas reserved a place some time ago, leaving Alalshikh with a dilemma. It can transfer the program to the T-Mobile arena with a smaller capacity or nevada.

Alalshikh is now considering sites in Modern York and Los Angeles.

Berlanga returned to the action on July 12, when he faces the former Medium Hamzah Sheeraz medium challenge. Reports suggest that WBC can sanction the fight as the final eliminator who can win the winner in Canelo or Crawford.

Whoever goes upstairs can wait if Canelo defeated Crawford. According to WBN, the 34-year-old intends to face Chris Eubank Jr. in Great Britain in May next year.

Another available date for Canelo is September 2026, the last fight with his four Riyadh’s fighting seasonal agreement.
