Badou Jack vs Noel Mikaelian 2 – Gigantic Fight Preview and Predictions
The cruiserweight world title rematch will take place this Saturday at Ace Mission Studios in Los Angeles, with WBC champion Badou Jack defending his title in an immediate rematch with Noel Mikaelian.

They met in May in Riyad, where there wasn’t much to choose between them, with Jack winning by majority vote with just one round on two cards, with a third card drawn.
Jack (29-3-3, 17 KO) has had a long and tough career, but has been in good form lately, winning his last seven fights since a split decision over Jean Pascal in 2019.
That was at lithe heavyweight, and the 42-year-old Swede has been fighting at cruiserweight since 2021, with a 2022 split decision victory over undefeated Richard Rivera earning him a shot at WBC champion Ilunga Makabu in February 2023.
“The Ripper” threw Makabu twice and finished the fight in the last round, becoming the world champion in the third weight.
There was a huge period of inactivity as the bridgeweight fighting came to an end and Jack returned in May and defeated Mikaelian (27-3, 12 KO).
The Armenian lost on cards to Mairis Briedis in 2018, and then won three fights in as many years.
The 35-year-old then took advantage of the unclear situation with Jack and the WBC federation to win the vacant belt, stopping the aforementioned Makabu in three rounds in November 2023.
The situation was then clarified by a meeting with Jacek in Saudi Arabia, where he lost the belt.
The winner of the unification fight will face IBF champion Jai Opetaia.
The Syrian meets Munguilla
The undercard is threadbare, headlined by a vacant WBC International lithe heavyweight title fight.
This time, Brook Sibrian and Gloria Munguilla are rematching over ten rounds, with Munguilla winning their original meeting in January in eight hard-fought rounds.

Since then, Sibrian (8-2, 4 KO) has won twice, and Muguilla (8-2) has also fought twice, losing a wide decision to Adriana Pineiro in September.
Undercard remaining
In a six-round fight, Angel Lozano (7-0, 5 KO) can achieve an early victory after a lithe heavyweight meeting with Mario Hernandez (2-2-1), and the superfight candidate Isaac Anguiano (9-1-1, 4 KO) should overtake Fernando Bahena (5-2-1, 2 KO) on points.
The undefeated Deni Davtian (4-0, 3 KO) should defeat Lorenzo Antonio Vazquez Avalos (2-0, 2 KO) in regular time, and the super featherweight newcomer Julius Ballo (1-0) should defeat Juan Carlos Centeno Blandon (10-25-4, 2 KO).

In a four-round fight, Hayley Jordan (0-1) can gain revenge in a bantamweight rematch with Chantal Sumrall (1-2-1), and in the super lightweight division, Sasha Saldana (1-0) can score points in a fight against Vana Medrano Yanez (0-1-1).
At super flyweight, Abel Alba (2-0) can stop Malcolm Franklin (2-1), and Adrian Boler (4-0, 3 KO) can do the same in a super lightweight fight against Benji Gomez (1-5).
Robert Daniels Jr (8-2, 7 KO) can defeat Tristan Hamm (0-1) in a lithe heavyweight fight.

Ennis challenges Zayas for the WBO and WBA super welterweight belts at the Barclays Center live on DAZN pay-per-view.

On Wednesday, Lewis Crocker heads to Australia to defend his IBF welterweight world title against Liam Paro for the first time.
Crocker will face Paro at the Pat Rafter Arena in Queensland, live on DAZN in the UK and Kayo Sports in Australia.
Crocker (22-0, 11 KO) became world champion in September, defeating Paddy Donovan twice before winning the rematch by split decision.
Man from Belfast recorded his second victory over Donovan after the first victory in March last year, and his rival was disqualified for hitting him after the bell.
Paro (27-1, 16 KO) is trying to become a world champion in two weight categories, having previously reigned in the super-lightweight division.
The 30-year-old won the title with a unanimous decision victory over Subriel Matias in Puerto Rico before winning the belt in his first defense against Richardson Hitchins.
The Australian has since won twice, overtaking David Papot in his last appearance in September.
McKean meets Taliva
Heavyweight Demsey McKean will look to continue his rebuild when he faces Liam Talivaa for the vacant IBF Pan Pacific title.
McKean (24-2, 16 KO) had his career cut miniature after a last-round loss to Filip Hrgovic, followed by a brutal first-round loss to Moses Itauma.

Talivaa (8-2, 4 KO) last won the IBF Oceania-Orient title, defeating Faiga Opelu by first-round stoppage.
