Anthony Yarde admits that he is not worried that people are repiring him against David Benavidez.

Yarde wants to become a world champion in the third attempt, when he challenges WBC Delicate Heavyweight Titlist, Benavidez in Riyjad on November 22.

The 33-year-old opened as at least 5/1 weaker to defeat the “Mexican monster”, which is undefeated in 30 professional duels.

However, the Londonian claims that this is only an additional motivation to defeat a man from Phoenix.

“I am a realist, he is a favorite,” said Yarde Cigar conversation.

“He is a weighty favorite.

“He is a world champion in various weight classes.

“He is still invincible, he has all the references.

“I’m weaker live and I love to be there because it motivates me.”

Yarde was missing in his previous two attempts in the title of the world, he stopped in 11 rounds against Sergey Kovalev in 2019, after which he suffered The eighth round defeat with Artur Betterbiev In 2023, in a moment to become a united champion.

Yarde insists his performance against Betterbiev, though in failure, gave him the credibility of facing Benavidez.

“Before I fought with Betterbiev, everyone wrote me worse than this fight,” he added.

“In this fight I only got a credit child because of better results.

“After November 22, this will be another conversation.”

Benavidez has won two fights for a reflection since promotion from super medium weight, overcoming Oleksandra Gvozdyk, and recently David Morrell at points.

The 28-year-old was raised to the full WBC master from the fleeting titles after the decision of Dmitry Biobical about leaving the belt shortly after defeating Betterbieva to become the undisputed champion.

Yarde called for a shootout with his rival when the couple met face to face at a press conference in Recent York last month, and Benavidez expects a battle between them.

“Anthony Yarde is a huge warrior,” he said.

“He has extensive experience.

“This is his third time in the title of world champion, so I know that he will leave it all on the line.

“I like to go to war too. I am not going to withdraw from him, he will not withdraw from me, so let’s play on November 22, let’s give people what they want to see.”
