Claressa Shields Shakur Stevenson

Claressa Shields said that she had once hurt Shakura Stevenson during a sparring session, with a repeated film that is now doing the celebration in the world of boxing.

Talking to Ko Artist Sports, Shields said that she and Stevenson shared two rounds, and one of them turned into a battle to the fingers.

“I paired Shakur twice and it went very physically,” Shields revealed. “I walked a lot and cut off the ring. So he really was there, standing there, banging me.

“I hit him with a very demanding shot that broke him off. I mean, he just started to go and started throwing everything.”

Shields sparring history

Comments add the growing Shields reputation in the scope of taking men in sparring, and the self -proclaimed Gwatu was also previously dropped by the Latvian Artus Ahmetovs during the sparring session in 2018.

At that time, the heavyweight champion rejected the knocking out of Flash, saying: “[This was] Five years ago. The guy is just displaying the movie for Clout. Man, he is so strange.

“I have no problem to catch a sparring. It happens. I paired most men! But this guy Arthur and his trainer, Derrick Santos, were embarrassed.

“The next time we have chased, he intentionally wore gloves without a diminutive or no lining. I can’t come up with it. I couldn’t believe it.”

Shields never refrained from testing beyond established borders, even calling for the former welterweight master Keith Thurman for a real fight. This bold challenge attracted the headlines of newspapers throughout the sport.

Witty competition?

Although there is no solemn bad blood between Shields and Stevenson, the second clip caused a debate among fans about how competitive sessions could be.

Stevenson, known for his skillful defense style, rarely draws into the fire brigade in the ring. However, shields develop on pressure and aggression.

The idea that she caught him in purity, fueled many conversations in social media, with fans divided into whether history should be taken with a pinch of salt.

However, in the case of Shields, the claim emphasizes her readiness to cross borders, be it against men in the gym, women in the ring, and even masters such as Thurman, whom she publicly questioned.
