World Boxing News may reveal Chris Eubank Jr.’s plans to fight two fights with Pay-Per-View before he went to the sunset.

The British middleweight star strives for another victory over Conor Bennem in autumn. If he succeeds, “Next Gen” will challenge Canelo Alvarez with the unquestionable title of a super medium weight in May.

Both fights take place in London.

Benn’s rematch will return to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, and Turks Alalshikh is considering dates in September and October.

If Eubank confirmed his Saturday, on April 26, the victory over the rival Benne, the son of the legend would fight Canelo, provided that the Mexican superstar defeated William Scull and Terenka Crawford.

WBN understands that Canelo vs Eubank is directed to the Wembley stadium, and not to the home of Tottenham Hotspur.

After his fascinating victory over Benne, Eubank discussed his future with Sky Sports.

When asked about staying in the Eubank hospital, he replied: “When you start fighting for twelve rounds, injuries are given.

“I was thrown over the eye and it opened around the middle of the fight. I had to go and take care of it. I had to sew it.

“Conor Benn and Eddie Hearn escaped with the story of a broken jaw. There is no broken jaw here! We are robust and our bones are chunky.

“When you are in such a fight, you have to go to the hospital, you must be tested and care. But I feel good. I am grateful that the fight was so well received. I am in a great place.”

About whether Canelo can happen before Bennem, Eubank added: “This is another stadium filler absolutely.

“Wembley, Tottenham. Each of the huge football stadiums in Great Britain would be filled with such a fight.

“He is an opponent that I have been looking at for many years, and fans would like to see it. So one hundred percent is the name that is in my eyes, and we will do everything to secure this fight in the future.”

To sum up Benna’s rematch, Eubank said: “Watch this space. Boxing is a very pretty industry in which everything can happen. The possibilities are unlimited.

“If it is to be a rematch, it will be. If not, guess what, there are many other amazing fights and great things to achieve in sport.

“So I’m elated.”

After a unanimous decision from last week, Promoter Eddie Hearn confirmed that the same 160 pound weight limit will take place for Eubank Jr. vs. Benn 2.

WBN believes that after the end of the fight Benn and Canelo Eubank Jr. will consider the pension in 2026.

It will be a fairy -tale ending if Canelo vs Eubank Jr. will come out.

Fans of the fight against Great Britain already hope that Eubank and Benn will become world champions after their incredible war in London.

Devin Haney wins Snoozer over Jose Ramirez

Published

By: Sean Crose

Devin Haney had something to prove. Although he was a former world champion 31-0, Haney was completely thrown a year earlier by Ryan Garcia. Although this fight was considered invalid after Garcia repeatedly tested positively on having a forbidden substance in his system, it was tough not to remember that Haney’s beating on Garcia’s fist of the previous spring. Considering this, Haney’s opponent in the return of the ring on Friday evening at Time Square in Recent York was 29-2 President Jose Ramirez. The fight was scheduled for twelve championship. Haney began to move around the ring in the inactive first round.

Haney remained rather inactive in the second. Ramirez pushed the action again in the third. Although he certainly did not look like a fight, it seemed that Haney was a bit shy. In the fourth pattern of things he fell into the model – Ramirez persecuted and Haney moved. Things remained relatively unjustified in the fifth … and six, Haney may not be impressive, but Ramirez was even less impressive in his inability to catch Haney.

Dominating in seventh place, Haney managed to quit and land a few shots, while Ramirez basically refused to change the strategy. However, at the end of the eighth it seemed that Haney could be more busy. And indeed, Haney was slightly more aggressive in ninth place. However, the fight remained largely fruitless in the tenth. The same can be said about eleventh and twelfth. Haney finished a unanimous win in the decision – but he didn’t look particularly pointed. Despite this, Haney returned from a terrible night a year earlier. Perhaps he just needed shocking with figurative cobwebs.

I hope.

Teofimo Lopez Outclasses Arnold Barboz Jr. to keep the title

Modern York – when he is focused, few warriors can compete with Teofimo Lopez.

The flash of the world champion in two divisions materialized in the ring against the previously undefeated Arnold Barboz Jr. Lopez, he led the unanimous decision to maintain the WBO Junior championships on Friday in the unique Times Square surroundings.

Lopez (22-1, 13 KO) routinely beats Barboza to hit, easily avoided the opponent’s crime and was too qualified. The judges won the fight 116-112, 116-112 and 118-110 for Lopez.

Lopez, fighting with Las Vegas, won a unanimous decision over Steve Claggett. But Lopez has faced questions about achieving full potential in the last few fights.

He stopped these fears to relax with the dominant performance against a skillful boxer who was undefeated.

Barboza (32-1) entered the fight after the impressive victory of the switchgear over Jacek Cattell in February. After years of willingness to fight Lopez, Barboza finally got this opportunity, but he quickly realized that he was not ready for a challenge against “taking over”.

Lopez’s physical advantages were presented early, because it was elusive, sliding with blows and often landing meters. Barboza worked difficult to pull in inside, but he could not keep up with the extremely talented Lopez.

As long as long -lasting rounds, Lopez found a rhythm, mixing some showboating with his exact accuracy, while Barboza tried to find his trail.

With a thorough stab, powerful right hand counterattack and piercing reflexes, Lopez was too huge for his rival. At the end of the rounds, it was perceptible that Barboza needed a knockout, but the lack of power of a warrior in California made the result very unlikely.

Lopez developed Barboza, landing 127 out of 574 blows. Barboz could not keep up, and only 71 blows landed 426.

Lopez is looking for major obstacles with the victory and was caused by the unbeaten unified champion of welterweight Jaron “Boots” Ennis.

“You know me guys, I’m going after tough challenges,” said Lopez. “I want to see shoes. I’m an explorer and I’m looking for shoes.”

Ryan Garcia says he is still open to fight Devin Haney in a rematch or back with Rolando “Rolly” Romero after losing on Friday evening. Garcia (24-2, 20 KO) leaves it to fans to decide. Garcia would look bad to leave his loss to Romero (17-3, 13 Kos) without trying to avenge him first.

Romero knocked down Garcia in the second round on his way to the 12-round unanimous decision at Times Square, Novel York. Ryan says he didn’t feel that he was “progressing” in battle. He looked tender and tired. Garcia’s forceful power in its last fight with Haney has disappeared. Some fans of boxing in social media say that his needy performance is a sign that he has lost power now when there is no PED.

Selection of fans?

If Ryan leaves the defeat against Rolly, without trying to avenge him, he will look bad. An attempt to see the fight between him and Haney after losing will make it challenging.

“Whatever fans want. If they want me to run away from Rolly, let’s do it. If they want me to go back to Devin, let’s do it,” said Ryan Garcia during Press conference after the fight After losing to Rolando Romero on Friday evening, asked if he still wants to fight Devin Haney or face Rolando in a rematch.

Ryan must take responsibility for his own decisions instead of leaving them to the fan. It’s his career. He will not be able to make the fans forget about their loss by fighting Haney.

“I’m ready to try any of them again. I couldn’t get to myself in a training camp,” said Ryan. “I didn’t feel like I had more conditions or more energy. I didn’t feel that I was in any way. I mentioned Derrick and we started to invent it.

“We only had five weeks. It was one of those things in which I didn’t know what was going on. I don’t know why I couldn’t get a progressive focus in the camp. We were still training, but nothing clicked,” said Garcia.
