A total of three more people have now been indicted in the same complaint including 21-year-old Chandler Scaggs from Chapmanville, W. V. after he was taken into custody after he was allegedly assigned to serve as one of the snipers in the attack.

The eight men charged in the thwarted attack include Abraham Alvarez from Nebraska, Daniel Eskridge from Missouri, William Falkner from Washington, Tycen Proper from Ohio, Jordan Rincker from Missouri, Brian Roa from California, Chandler Scaggs from West Virginia and Michael Thomas from California.

The indictment charges all eight men with two conspiracies: Conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists and conspiracy to commit murder on Federal government territory and to murder a Federal government official.

Conspiring to provide material support to terrorists is punishable by up to 15 years in prison and conspiracy to commit murder on Federal government territory and to murder a Federal government official is punishment by up to life in prison.

According to the indictment, the eight men allegedly participated in online chat groups and forums where they plotted the attack and recruited other members for the planned assault on the UFC White House card.

The accused men allegedly amassed weapons, ammunition and tactical gear and also allegedly engaged in marksmanship and combat training while agreeing on specific targets for the attack including plans to murder the President of the United States, the Vice President of the United States, the Prime Minister of Israel, Elon Musk and “other high value targets†attending the UFC White House event.

The new indictment handed down replaces previous charges filed against the alleged participants to attack the UFC White House event after the plot was thwarted by Federal authorities.
