ONE ChampionshipTwo Thai icons who once ruled separate divisions have waited nearly a year for this night. Only one will survive the opening round of ONE's newest tournament.
Rodtang Jitmuangnon meets fellow former champion Nong-O Hama in a quarterfinal of the 2026 ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix at The Inner Circle 38 on Friday, November 13. The winner moves a step closer to the silver belt and a direct path to reigning ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Asadula “The Dagestan Ninja†Imangazaliev.
The two were first booked for ONE 173 last November, but illness during fight week sent Rodtang to hospital and forced a reschedule.
The #2-ranked contender then crossed into kickboxing for Takeru “Natural Born Krusher†Segawa's retirement bout at ONE SAMURAI 1 in April. Having stopped Takeru in 80 seconds in their first meeting, Rodtang was finished by fifth-round TKO in the sequel.
Back with ONE, the Jitmuangnon Gym product sits one win shy of 275 career victories, with five title defenses from his earlier flyweight reign behind him.
Nong-O, ranked #3, ruled the bantamweight division through seven straight title defenses before reinventing himself at flyweight. The 39-year-old now counts 268 career wins.
A second-round loss to Imangazaliev in March slowed him only briefly before he outpointed Kongthoranee Sor Sommai in their trilogy bout at The Inner Circle 20.
The fight pits relentless forward pressure against a tactician who picks his moments with a right kick.
Shimon Yoshinari faces Ramadan Ondash in prodigy clash
The same card features #4-ranked Shimon Yoshinari, a 22-year-old former WBC Muay Thai World Champion who holds a 27-1 record and has never lost in ONE. His unanimous decision over Johan “Jojo†Ghazali at ONE SAMURAI 1 earned him a US$100,000 contract, and he followed it with a home-crowd knockout of Suablack Tor Pran49 at ONE SAMURAI 3.
Across the ring stands #5-ranked Ramadan “The Scorpion†Ondash, a 19-year-old Tiger Muay Thai knockout artist with a 14-4 record. Since moving up after a narrow loss to now-interim strawweight king Aliff Sor Dechapan, he has beaten Suriyanlek Por Yenying and Ghazali, setting up a test of Shimon's southpaw precision against his blistering hand speed.

UFC Vegas 121 left him particularly shaken.
Felder was on commentary duty at Meta Apex in Las Vegas for the
latest Fight Night. The main event, which was a back-and-forth
battle, ended in frightening fashion as Barcelos appeared to go
limp during a wrestling exchange against the Octagon wall in the
final round. The referee immediately stopped the contest, and
Barcelos was removed from the Octagon on a stretcher and
transported to a hospital.
It was later confirmed that Barcelos was conscious and responsive.
For Felder, the moments after the finish remain unforgettable.

‘I thought he had a heart attack'
Speaking on the “Believe You Me†podcast, Felder recalled his
immediate reaction while watching the medical team attend to
Barcelos. The former fighter was alarmed when he saw a doctor check
Barcelos' pulse, something he said he had never witnessed in
similar circumstances.
“His neck was all clinched up and he was unconscious,†Felder said.
“And it looked like he was — I thought he had a heart attack, off
the bat. Then they came in, and they checked his pulse, which was
terrifying to see. I have never seen somebody that was KO'd, where
they come in and the first thing they did, the doctor put his
fingers right on Raoni's pulse. I was like, ‘Oh, this is really
bad.â€
Felder said the uncertainty continued as Barcelos remained
motionless.

Barcelos has provided a positive update after a frightening
conclusion to his
Ultimate Fighting Championship main event clash against
Raul
Rosas Jr.
Barcelos was stopped in the fifth round on Saturday at Meta Apex
after appearing to go limp during an exchange with Rosas Jr. in the
UFC Vegas 121 headliner. He was subsequently removed from the
Octagon on a stretcher and transported to a hospital for
evaluation. It was later reported that Barcelos was conscious, and
the UFC subsequently confirmed that he was stable, alert and
responsive.
The Brazilian veteran has now addressed fans directly.

Barcelos provided an update in the comments section of a post on
the UFC Brazil Instagram account.
“Hello everyone, I just want to say to all of you that I’m really
fine and as soon as possible I’ll do a video for you guys,â€
Barcelos wrote. “I promised a great fight and delivered. Thank you,
God and everyone that fought with me inside and outside of that
Octagon.â€
Barcelos' coach, Davi Ramos,
also previously reassured fans that the Brazilian was doing well
while undergoing further medical checks. Barcelos reportedly
remains under medical supervision.
