Caroline Dubois became the unified WBC and WBO lightweight champion, defeating Terri Harper en route to a unanimous decision victory on Sunday in Olympia.
Dubois (13-0-1, 5 KO) defeated Harper (16-3-2, 6 KO) in the sixth round with a sturdy left hand and survived a good streak at the end and secured a certain victory.
Both teams experienced a frosty atmosphere, although both champions eliminated each other in the first few rounds, with Dubois struggling to put her opponent down.
Harper was having some success on offense and was dodging Dubois’ attacks at first.
However, the 25-year-old found her range in the middle of the match and scored the decisive break.

A thrust followed by a left hand knocked the Denaba resident down.
‘Belter’ defeated the count and the bell rang, much to her relief.
Blood was streaming down Harper’s face nine seconds after the headbutt, although she bravely kept the pressure on, feeling her time as world champion would be circumscribed if she couldn’t change the vigorous.
In a nail-biting final round, both men traded frantically, although the knockout that Harper so desperately needed didn’t seem likely despite her success.
Two scores of 98-91 and another 97-92 secured her the crown as the unified WBC and WBO lightweight champion.
Ellie Scotney became the undisputed super bantamweight champion with a dominant scoring performance over Mayella Flores in a thrilling bout.
Scotney entered the competition as the WBC, IBF and WBO champion and fought to take the WBA belt from Flores.
The home favorite was under constant pressure from the Mexican, who was trading feverishly throughout, but thanks to Scotney’s superior skills and counter-attacks, Scotney emerged victorious and became the youngest undisputed champion, either male or female, in the four-belt era, with two scores of 100-90 and one of 96-94.
Chantelle Cameron became world champion once again, winning the vacant WBO super welterweight title with a comfortable points victory over Michaela Kotaskova.
Cameron secured victory with two scores of 99-91 and another 100-90, confirming her dominance.
The 34-year-old faced unified WBC, IBF and WBA champion Mikaela Mayer, with the pair on course for an undisputed title bout.
Emma Dolan’s hopes of becoming a world champion were dashed after a third-round defeat to IBF super flyweight champion Irma Garcia.
Chloe Watson suffered her third defeat in four fights, ahead of Finland’s Teresa Makinen.
Former world champion Shannon Courtenay won her third straight fight, defeating Sasha Booker in the third round of their super flyweight clash.
Nigerian Elizabeth Oshoba remained undefeated, also winning in the third round against Chelsey Arnell.
Prospective super lightweight Arjon Basi made it three straight career wins by defeating Jake Price in the second round.
In the super bantamweight division, Harvey Smith defeated Juan Alberto Batista on points, and Gemma Paige Richardson did the same in a lightweight meeting with Johana Rajmont.

On Wednesday, Lewis Crocker heads to Australia to defend his IBF welterweight world title against Liam Paro for the first time.
Crocker will face Paro at the Pat Rafter Arena in Queensland, live on DAZN in the UK and Kayo Sports in Australia.
Crocker (22-0, 11 KO) became world champion in September, defeating Paddy Donovan twice before winning the rematch by split decision.
Man from Belfast recorded his second victory over Donovan after the first victory in March last year, and his rival was disqualified for hitting him after the bell.

McKean meets Taliva
Heavyweight Demsey McKean will look to continue his rebuild when he faces Liam Talivaa for the vacant IBF Pan Pacific title.
McKean (24-2, 16 KO) had his career cut miniature after a last-round loss to Filip Hrgovic, followed by a brutal first-round loss to Moses Itauma.
The 35-year-old southpaw returned to winning ways with back-to-back stoppage victories.
Talivaa (8-2, 4 KO) last won the IBF Oceania-Orient title, defeating Faiga Opelu by first-round stoppage.
Undercard remaining
At cruiserweight, Luke Modini (13-0, 11 KO) will likely need distance to beat Peng Qu (17-2-1, 12 KO), while Riley Candy (8-1, 5 KO) could stop Nathan Watson (11-3, 3 KO) at super middleweight.
Vegas Larfield (13-1, 9 KO) can hand Shamal Ram Anuj (11-8, 8 KO) his fourth defeat in a row in a featherweight clash.
Heavyweight Nelson Asofa-Solomon (2-0, 2 KO) can secure a third straight knockout over debutant George Burgess, and Stevan Ivic (8-0-1, 2 KO) can do the same against Caleb Tialu (3-7, 3 KO), also a heavyweight.
Prospective super welterweight fighter Jack Javed (1-0) should overtake Lance McDonald (1-5-1, 1 KO).
