Jarrell “Huge Baby” Miller issued a final warning for critics after the second fight in the following months of falling, this time against Michael Hunter.
Miller, who had previously lost the fight against Fabio Wardley in similar circumstances, was examined because of his history in a chessboard – he has already suspected for many unsuccessful drug tests earlier in his career.
He also lacked a collision with Jared Anderson regarding his own fault.
But heavyweight insists that his latest failures are real, and speculation about his integrity will not be tolerated.
Miller: Lawyers on board
The warrior born in Brooklyn fired a public approach to doubts in social media:
“Stop. Lawyers on board. Without weapons, only a powerful pen,” he said.
Supporting the threat, Miller published a formal legal statement through his lawyers, warning that he would submit lawsuits against everyone suggesting the impropability of his canceled fights.
Legal notification
Miller’s letter, signed under his legal name Jarrell King Miller, states: “Once again I have to directly deal with ongoing disinformation and false claims regarding the cancellation of the fight against Michael Hunter.
“I saw both written statements and the films that circulate, trying to narrow my name, mislead facts or suggest unauthorized negotiations. Let this serve this clear and final warning:
“Any further false statements, defamation, slander or defamation addressed to me or my professional career will cause immediate legal action. My legal team and I are fully prepared to prosecute all violations in the full scope of law. You will notify yourself.
“Do not mislead. Do not sign, negotiate or conclude any contracts without my written or verbal permission and recognition of my lawyers. This is the final warning. The violaters will have to face the rapid legal consequences,” Miller summarized.
Reconstruction reputation
The statement emphasizes the feeble position of Miller. After returning from the suspension, to rebuild your reputation, the dismissals one by one leave doubts that only a thunderous return on the ring can silence.
Miller may have his lawyers on board, but the only way “Huge Baby” really removes his name, is to deliver when the bell rings.
