Dillian Whyte scolded a friend from the journeyman Derek Chisory for rejection Offer $ 2 million be an opponent of the heavyweight perspective of Moses Itaum on August 16 on Dazn PPV. Whyte (31-3, 21 KO) he was then proposed to fight and willingly accepted.

A rejected offer worth $ 2 million

37-year-old Dillian does not understand why Chisora (36-13, 23 KO) decided to reject the fight offer because he had been sitting for five months from the last fight in February against Otto Wallin. He says that 41-year-old Chisora is not “younger” and is “70,000 years”. Whyte thinks that Chisora may not receive a similar offer of $ 2 million when she returns to the ring.

Chisora probably thought that his delay would be wounded if he had started fighting with 20-year-old Southpaw Ituma and was blurred in one or two rounds. If he stayed a little longer, he could offer a fight that would pay similar money for an opponent for someone like Daniel Dubois or Anthony Joshua, if they need a name he will sell in Great Britain.

“He said,” Why are you taking this fight? “” Because I’m not afraid. canal About a conversation with Derek Chisor. “He said,” Why? “I said,” Bro, why am I going to apply you when I splad you twice? ” I said, “Bro, I almost ended your life.

Whyte Accepts will build a challenge

It is understandable why Dillian decided to fight Itaum. Apparently he could do the same as $ 7 million From fighting to ppv table. It would be almost equal $ 7.4 million This Whyte received the fight with the former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury in April 2022. Chisora could not realize how much he could ultimately make Ituma fight. However, if he still hopes that he will be chosen by Joshua or Dubois, you cannot blame him for raising his nose to an offer worth $ 2 million.

“I said,” You can do what you want. ” How long has passed since his [Chisora] fight? [5 months]. Waiting, he waited, having. – What are you waiting for? You must fight. We do not get [younger]. You are 70,000, ancient. You say your password is a war. Marvin Hagler’s slogan. He fought with anyone. How can you compare with someone and be someone like that, and then suddenly you are this bad man and you will fight someone? “Said why about Chisor.

Financial freedom Chisory

Derek Chisora is opulent with a conservatively estimated in Fortuna $ 8.5 million. Thanks to this immense bankroll, he is not as in need as other fighters if they were offered a sacrificial lamb for Ituma on the card on August 16 in Riyadh.

“Now, when danger and strings are associated with him [being offered a fight against Moses Itauma]: “Ah, no, I don’t want to fight. Nah.” He said he got an offer of $ 2 million. He can get a less fight, “said why $ 2 million, which Chisora supposedly offered to fight the Itum, which he rejected.

Weighing inversion in combat

Derek sees a huge picture. He knows that a loss like the one that he could suffer against Ituma would be so bad that he would not be able to get nice payments for future fights. In a sense, it is wise that he rejected the fight. Whyte can live to regret this fight with Moses, if he is badly blown up, and is in future fights.
