Exclusive with Javier Mendez: Topuria’s strength over Oliveira

Published

on

The legendary MMA coach, Javier Mendez – especially from his work with the delicate champions of UFC Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Machaachev, supported the former featherweight champion UFC Ilia Topuria to defeat Charles Oliveira and become a delicate world champion.

He also states that Paddy Paddy Pimblett’s long -time rival is not yet ready for Topuria and is thinking about a former student and heavyweight champion UFC Cain Velasquez and his current prison – calling for possible pardon.

Talking with Genting Casino – who offer the best Live casinosMendez said:

  • Paddy Pimblett is not ready, not Ilia Topuria
  • Ilia Topuria “will be stronger” than Charles Oliveira on 155 pounds
  • “He was moving for some reason,” Topuria will be stronger without a trainer
  • UFC needs a starower like Conor McGregor
  • Umar Nurmagomedov “Not about getting for a merb” – we must win the next one
  • In other countries, Cain Velasquez would have a medal – not a prison

Only with Javier Mendez: Ilia Topuria will be stronger than Charles Oliveira on 155 pounds, Paddy Pimblett is not ready for Topuria, and Cain Velasquez deserves a medal for her actions – not prison time

Paddy Pimblett is not ready, not Ilia Topuria

I think Paddy is fantastic. I love watching him. He is a real opportunity. Bobby Green was not straightforward for me, and the way he did to Bobby Green was impressed.

And then, of course, Michael Chandler basically put him in this position to show that he is a real opportunity, whoever fights with him will have a arduous fight.

I think Paddy can beat everyone on a given day, he is good enough to beat everyone, but I don’t favor him against Topuria. But do I think he could win? Yes, absolutely.

Ilia Topuria “will be stronger” than Charles Oliveira on 155 pounds

I think we all lack one key point. Topuria had some time weighing at the age of 145, so he got up because the burden kills him.

It is not high, but it is wide, it is almost like Volkanovski, so these guys carry great importance for their size. So yes, weight will not be a problem. It can even be stronger than Charles.

I want Charles to win, but I think Topuria can simply pull him out. But I will not be shocked if Charles gets a shocking win because he is able to do it.

“He was moving for some reason,” Topuria will be stronger without a trainer

I don’t think it’s a massive deal [Topuria changing coach] Because he already lived far away, so if the trainer was not ready to go there, what I don’t think. Yes Sir.

I don’t think it will change this. This can even make him stronger because he feels more comfortable. He doesn’t have to worry about his trainers.

How can I get trainers here and that and that? I think it’s all right. He got into what he had to do. He was moving for some reason.

UFC needs a starower like Conor McGregor

The biggest criticism I hear about the UFC is that there is not enough stars, so sometimes they fight. I think Alex Pereira is losing, I think it hurt him a bit.

I think the biggest stars are Jon Jones and Islam, it’s my opinion. I think they are the biggest, but you must have more. You must have another Conor there. You must have more people who have this kind of power. But now I think it’s not super deep.

Umar Nurmagomedov “Not about getting for a merb” – we must win the next one

He [Umar] He certainly has to evolve [before facing Merab again]. The dead wants who is the champion when he gives us another opportunity, but we don’t have a merb to get.

We almost get the title. This is the plan of youthful eagles, there has never been a merb. Sure, if we manage to get MERAB, it is good to get such an opportunity. But we have to win the next one. We have to win.

In other countries, Cain Velasquez would have a medal – not a prison

What happened to him was not something that he could control. It was like a situation of rage and scientifically proved that he could not control his impulsiveness and could not control what he did.

He had no thought process, zero thought process – impulsiveness and zero thought process. And this is something you can build. But you have to go through therapy to build it back.

So it’s like a situation of rage. People get rage. Wasyna and they just can’t stop. Well, it happened with him.

When he happened to his child traumatic. He lost him, so he didn’t think because every man with his abilities would prefer to make sure that the guy looks at his face when he does it.

He needed rehabilitation. He didn’t need prison. He had to be with his family and unfortunately the system did not see it that way. I think that almost every other country would receive a medal.
