Union offer Janibek 2025: Aiming at Adames and Lara before the potential fight of Canelo

Janibek Alimkhanuly (17-0, 12 KO) mapped his plans for this year, focused on uniform fights with medium weight champions Carlos Adames and Erisland Lara to achieve his goal, which is the undisputed master. Then in 2026 Janibek says that he will move up to challenge Canelo Alvarez to become the undisputed champion in Super Middle Wweight.

Obstacles in negotiations

If Janibek fails to fight Adames and Erisland this year, he should consider reducing losses and immediately go to 168 to put himself in able to fight Canelo. If Terenka Crawford gets four lanes in the Super Middle Wweight, he will never agree to fight Janibek because it is not popular enough.

Olympian Alimkhululy 2016 has no significant victories in its nine -year CV. Despite this, Janibek can earn more money in a medium supercer than in a dead, idle weight class 160 pounds. It would still be better to get up if he is unable to get a clash of union with Adames or Lara.

The IBF and WBO MIDDLE champion Alimkhanuly and WBC Champ Adames (24-1-1, 18 KO) are supposedly in negotiations. They were mentioned as potentially fighting on the Manny Pacquiao vs. Mario Barrios on July 19 on the PBC PPV card in Las Vegas. If the fight was made, Janibek vs. Adames would be a great addition to the party and can easily overshadow this clash.

Janibek’s promoters in the highest rank may have problems negotiating the fight with the WBA master Erislanda Lara (31-3.19 KO), because he did not participate in a risky battle from the moment his fight against Canelo Alvarez in 2014. At the age of 42, he may have a reluctance to take part in a secured impact, such as southern Plad Alimkhnelia.

Lara may feel that it is better to maintain her WBA title and continue defending titles at a low level against warriors, such as Danny Garcia, Gary “Spike” O’Sullivan and Michael Zefer. The Cuban opposition Southpaw Erislanda since the winner of the WBA 160-LB title in May 2021 was embarrassingly bad. The face of gold can be broken from this form with uncomplicated opposition to face the much younger and powerful Janibek in unification.

Narrow opposition

32 -year -old Janibek did not fight the great opposition either. In its four four fights there are these uncomplicated traces:

– Anauel by Missangue
– Andrei Michhailovich
– Vincenzo Gualtieri
– Steven Butler

Jake Paul Bets on Doumbés Retirement: A Bold Move in Boxing

"Jake Paul Bets on Doumbé's Retirement: A Bold Move in Boxing"

Jake Paul putting his career on the line against Cédric Doumbé tells you everything about how little danger he sees coming back at him. Paul claims he will retire if Doumbé pulls off the upset on Christmas Eve in Dubai, though anyone who follows combat sports knows retirement often just means a paid vacation.

“If he wins, I will hang up the gloves and call it a day,” Paul announced while promoting the eight-round cruiserweight bout. He promised a knockout too, which is quite the claim for someone returning from a broken jaw after Anthony Joshua stopped him in six rounds last December.

Paul brings 14 pro bouts into the ring against Doumbé’s single appearance. The French striker captured two kickboxing world titles and collected 45 knockouts in that arena. He certainly knows how to land devastating punches. Paul simply figures that stripping away Doumbé’s kicking game removes the setup that makes those strikes lethal.

That makes plenty of sense for a return bout. Paul built his entire run by taking combat athletes out of their primary disciplines, hyping their resumes, then forcing them into traditional boxing rules. The retirement angle is just his latest pitch to convince fans the outcome carries real finality.

Doumbé does not even need a knockout to expose the cracks. Slipping shots, landing clean counters, and dragging Paul into deep waters will quickly reveal the lingering toll of a year-long layoff and facial surgery. Paul expects his ring craft to settle matters before those questions get asked.

A Doumbé victory would give social media plenty to chew on over the holidays. Even so, hand Paul several months of rest and the right payday, and boxing will see exactly how long that retirement lasts.

Promising retirement is the oldest trick in the fight game to inject drama into a matchup that lacks real sporting legitimacy. It turns what should be an ordinary matchmaking exercise into a make-or-break event, giving casual viewers a reason to tune in just to see if the loudmouth finally gets silenced for good.

If Doumbé catches him or puts him away, Paul might step back for a while to let the dust settle and let his jaw heal further, but walking away entirely makes no financial sense. Paul runs Most Valuable Promotions, controls his own dates, and draws massive paydays regardless of whether he wins or loses. The loss to Tommy Fury did not slow down his business, and getting stopped by Anthony Joshua did not keep him away either.

The minute someone dangles an enticing name or a massive check in front of him, that retirement pledge will be forgotten overnight. He is selling a spectacle, and the bet is just part of the sales pitch.

Naoya Inoue Receives Title Shot Opportunity in New Division After Champions Fifth Consecutive Stoppage

"Naoya Inoue Receives Title Shot Opportunity in New Division After Champion's Fifth Consecutive Stoppage"

Naoya Inoue is eyeing up a move into the featherweight division, with each of the reigning 126lb champions seemingly keen to secure a lucrative shot at the pound-for-pound king. Now, after scoring a fifth consecutive win inside of the distance, one featherweight ruler has publicly called for a clash with the Japanese sensation.

Inoue has issued a March deadline to Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez as hype around their potential match-up continues to first build and then be dampened by a possible collapse, as Rodriguez toys with the idea of remaining at bantamweight or challenging for the undisputed super-bantamweight throne.

Regardless, it is believed that Inoue will make his move into the featherweight division next year, with current world champions; Angelo Leo (IBF), Bruce Carrington (WBC), Brandon Figueroa (WBA) and Rafael Espinoza (WBO), each jostling to be selected as the man that Inoue wishes to challenge.

On Saturday, Espinoza managed a fifth straight knockout win in as many outings since becoming a world champion and during the aftermath of his victory over Ricardo Blandon, ‘Divino’ unveiled his plans to either unify or take on Inoue, on the DAZN broadcast.

“The truth is, I want to unify. I want a unification fight. I want to be able to say I’m the best featherweight, and also wait for that big fight with Inoue. That would be a dream. My biggest dream is to become one of the pound-for-pound best. That’s what I want, and that’s what I’m going to pursue.”

Inoue’s move to featherweight hinges on Rodriguez’s next move, but it is expected that the pair will collide in Marchbefore the Japanese superstar ventures up to what he has declared will be the highest and final weight-class of his career.

Terence Crawfords Interim Champion Eyes Canelo Showdown After Mbilli Victory

"Terence Crawford's Interim Champion Eyes Canelo Showdown After Mbilli Victory"

Canelo Alvarez got his hands on the WBC super-middleweight title once again as he dethroned Christian Mbilli on Saturday night, and now the reigning WBC Interim champion has revealed his keenness to take on the Mexican superstar.

Alvarez lost his undisputed title to Terence Crawford last September, whilst Christian Mbilli defended his WBC Interim title in a draw against Lester Martinez in the co-main event.

When Crawford retired from the sport and relinquished his titles, Mbilli was elevated to full world champion and an immediate target was placed on his back, with Canelo eager to regain his title – which he did with a unanimous decision win on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Martinez – who is trained by Crawford coach Brian McIntyre and has sparred the pound-for-pound great on many occasions – has since been named as the WBC Interim champion and has defended that belt with triumphs over Immanuwel Aleem and Luka Plantic during 2026.

Following Canelo’s win over Mbilli, Martinez told Izquierdazo Boxeo that it is his ‘dream’ to take on the four-division world champion in a bid for the full WBC super-middleweight crown.

“My dream now is to fight Canelo because he is the champion.”

Alvarez is believed to have one fight left on his deal with Riyadh Season and is already being linked to a return to action in the spring.

Whilst Martinez will hope to soon be mandated as Alvarez’s opponent, David Benavidez famously had no such luck when pursuing a showdown with Canelo whilst he reigned as the WBC Interim titleholder.

Instead, Canelo is hoping to secure a mammoth rematch with Crawforddespite the American’s retirement.
