The winners of the IBF award were celebrated in Atlantic City in June

IBF once again returns to Atlantic City, NJ, to celebrate the 40th annual convention, scheduled for June 1-5, 2025 in Caesars.

During each convention, IBF organizes the award ceremony to commemorate the boxers that fought for organization titles in the previous year. IBF proudly announces its best prize winners for 2024 at prizes, closing the organization of the organization’s convention on Wednesday, June 4, 202.

Jersey Joe Walcott Award

Daniel Dubios is a laureate of the Jersey Joe Walcott award, the highest honor of the organization for men’s world champions. Dubois won the momentary IBF heavyweight title on June 1, 2024, with a unique victory over Filip Hergovic. He followed the thrilling defense of the title against Anthony Joshua, in which he was once again spectacularly victorious.

Woman fighter of the year

Gabriela Fundor is a woman of IBF Fighter of the Year, who became the youngest unquestioned master in what was also the third defense of her IBF title. The fund won the title IBF first from the 5th round of Ko Arely Mocino.

“It is an honor to celebrate the success and achievements of our masters and fighters who participated in the fight for the title of IBF in 2024. These distinctions are very well deserved, because these boxers sought these achievements. We are looking forward to their celebration,” notes the President of IBF Daryl Peoples.

Atlantic City, the purpose of the organization’s formation convention in 1983, is an ideal background for this year’s convention in the family state of IBF in Novel Jersey. IBF hosted well -frequented conventions in Atlantic City, and the expectation is the same for this.
