Fight review

Tim Tziu was on a scratchy patch. Two losses in a row, including brutal knockout against Murtazaliev in October last year. Now he must save face and his career, taking part in Joey Spencer, a hungry kid with a 19-1 record, in his fight.

Tsyzyu (24-2, 17 KO) was once a guy whom everyone was afraid of 154 pounds, but now he is fighting to prove that he still has him. Spencer (19-1, 13 KO) may be younger and more hungry, but he enters the lion with a man who was at the top and now he has to break away from the return.

The fight is in Newcastle Entertainment Center, Modern South Wales, AustraliaAnd if Tsyzyu doesn’t win it, it’s over. This is not just a fight – this is a chance to buy back.

Quotes from Faceoff

Tim Tsyzyu

“How does this fight start? It can start in both cases, but the center of the ring begins. And I will be there inside to do what I always do and meet it there.”

“I don’t really listen to interviews, nor do I watch and read things in the media. I just get a few phones from managers, from promoters who allow me to be aware of the script. They didn’t only tell me these judges. It pissed me off. I pissed me off.

“Many substantial falls and it’s not about how you fall – it’s about how you come back. And that’s my redemption. This is how I come back and you are part of history, so thank you.”

Joey Spencer

“Man, it is a dream come true. This is what I wanted to do all my life. Thank God for the opportunity to fulfill my dream and everyone should chase their dreams.”

“I believe with all my heart that this is my time. Everything was combined for this occasion, so I just like it. I am content for the moment, I enjoy people here and just great. I couldn’t be happier, I couldn’t be more grateful.”

“Just what I know. I put in what I know, I have to me. I feel that my journey led me to this point. As I said, my opponent – he is a great opponent, he did great things, I think he is very threatening – but at the end of the day it is not about him. It is about me. It’s about me.

“I am not arrogant enough to say that I will simply be able to choose what I do in this fight and he will not answer, right? We will both have to answer.

“I do not know if he will underestimate me or not. I am not in his head. He says something different in every interview, so we do not know what he really feels or thinks. It is probably good on his part, right? That everyone else is guessing. But that’s why I don’t focus on him. I don’t have to go in and – we intend to fight and we’ll see what happens.”

Bradley calls Haney: “Get Mind” among PTSD Talk after losing Garcia

Published

on

Image: Rolly Romero Refers To Devin Haney As Being A Track Star

Tim Bradley says that Devin Haney “must improve the mind” because he can’t continue to perform, as he showed in his last fight with Jose Ramirez. Bradley wants Haney (32-0, 15 KO) to grow out of his mental problems, which he considers as a form of PTSD from the combat service, and returns to being a warrior he was once before Ryan Garcia passed him a year ago.

Haney’s mental state

Bradley has no useful advice for Devin to return to his ex -self, because at first he never had a gigantic chin. He cannot hit, and his chances of competing with the killers at 147 like Jaron Ennis and Brian Norman Jr. They are slim and none. Unfortunately, Haney is too gigantic to return to 140 and 135 to be a bang.

“This form of Devina is not hard to overcome. This form of Devina is uncomplicated. Mentally, the way he behaved in his last fight. I know how you beat Devina. You fell to him,” said Tim Bradley to go on Fight. “Whatever you want to say about his last performance, if you want to call it boxing, you can watch this s ***. I don’t watch it.”

Bradley’s council will not aid. Haney cannot become a brave, engaging warrior, whom Tim wants him to be because the beating he took against Ryan Garcia took something from him. I do not want to put the front line again after this constant bombing of the carpets he took from Kingra.

What was left of keeping a fight or flight that we saw from Haney against Jose Ramirez, in which he looked like he had experienced a flashback. It should be an uncomplicated fight for Devin, but he looked like wild eyes, dealing with fear. Bradley is hard to understand Haney’s behavior, because it is foreign in the way he reacted after the losses in his career.

Tim causes Haney’s dull style

“I don’t want to watch the fight with Haney. I actually try to aid you, Large Dog. I try to keep him 100 to inform you that this is not boxing,” said Bradley. “Two and a half minutes you walk on this ring [circular motion]. You should see your eyes. Your eyes were like cola bottles. “

Turks Alalshikh is still interested in using Haney on his Riyadh seasonal cards. So, no matter how little Bradley and his fans watch his dull fights, he will still be placed on PPV cards to Dazen. He lacked the fight of Teofimo Lopez, which was one of the few options he had for a great payment.

The only other real options for Devin at 147 who earn money are against these warriors:

– Manny Pacquiao
– Rolando “Rolly” Romero
– Conor Benn
– Mario Barrios

Turki will not fit Haney against Jaron Ennis or Brian Norman Jr., because it would be a slaughter. Devin cannot take blows from these warriors and survive more than two rounds. He would probably lose to other pretenders, such as Karen Chukhadzhian and Eimantas Stanionis. These guys are too good to him.

Haney’s Post-Garcia Trauma: Indefinite?

“You were just as scared. They say,” Well, Tim. He has PTSD from Garcia. ” Don’t you think I had PTSD from Ruslan Provodnikov?

Some fighters and soldiers never recover after PTSD. The rest of his life remains with them and it can be like that in the case of Haney. What he went through during the fight with Ryan was a fight and a constant fire for 36 minutes. He was crushed by Garcia and wounded half a dozen times in this fight.

It is too early to know if Devina’s situation is lasting because he had only one fight, but this is not a good sign that after a year he showed symptoms after a year to recover after a beating against Garcia.

A few good fights for Haney at the age of 140 would be against these guys:

– Keyshawn Davis
– Richardson Hitchins

Boxing star Vasiliy Lomachenko decides to retire at the age of 37

Published

on

Vasiliy Lomachenko announced a pension from boxing at the age of 37.

The Ukrainian sensation leaves the fifteenth career as probably the greatest amateur in history, and then the Three-Division World Champion after moving to the ranks of Pro.

“I am grateful for every victory and every failure, both in the ring and in life,” said Lomachenko in Video published on social media Thursday. “I am grateful that when my career is coming to an end, I gained clarity about the direction in which a person must take to achieve a real victory, not only in the ring.”

Lomachenko’s decision appears just over a year after his last fight, the 11th round of the former undisputed airy champion George Cambosos Jr. on the Arena in Perth, Australia. Preliminary talks about the hit with Gervont “Tank” Davis took place. The fight was never realized because, according to the Lomachenko manager, Egis Klimas, his warrior “had no motivation” and took the rest of 2024 to think about his future. As it turns out, his future will be a departure from sport.

“It was an honor for all of us in the best rank to promote Vasiliy Lomachenko’s pro -boxing career,” said Lomachenko, for many years, for many years in the boxeria boxeria Top Rank boxeria. “He was a generational champion and we will all miss his participation in sport.”

As an amateur, Lomachenko gathered a stunning 396-1 record, winning gold Olympic medals for his hometown of Ukraine in Beijing in 2008 and the Olympic Games in London in 2012. He decided to turn with a professional and signed a contract with the best promotions, debuting on October 12, 2013, beating Jose Ramirez by the fourth round knockout. Instead of slowly moved, Lomachenko fell into the title of World Champion in his second fight, against Master WBO WBO WBATEGHT WBO Orlando Salido. Lomachenko did not take place to become the first warrior who won the world champion in his second pro -fight when he abandoned his decision about demanding human. However, he would make his second attempt in the title of the world, defeating Gary Russell Jr. In his third professional fight to win the empty WBO championships on June 21, 2014.

“Hi-tech” created three successful title defense before he jumped to Junior Lightweight and took Roman Martinez for the title of WBO in 2016 and passing through the division, defending dominant against Nicholas Walters, Jason Sosie and Miguel Marriaga before the meeting Guillermo Rigondeaux Rigondeaux, with Nicholas, in the highly expected 2017. Lomachenko forced Rigondeaux to retire on a stool between rounds, the fourth in a row of the opponent, with whom he did to keep the title.

As a lasting stall at the top of pound rankings for pounds, Lomachenko moved another weight class and challenged Jorge Linares with a airy WBO title in 2018 and won by knockout in the tenth round. Lomachenko united the titles in a slight win against Jose Pedraza, Anthony Croll and Luke Campbell, but suffered a second career defeat when he faced Teofimo Lopez in 2020. Lomachenko would return to his winning path and won three more fights. Cambosos and ending his excellent career with a record of 18-3, 12 KO.

“You have always stood with me for my family. You shared in my victories and felt the pain of my losses. These losses are only more strongly,” said Lomachenko. “I would be underestimated not to thank you, my dear boxing fans from around the world. You have always supported me with passion through my most unforgettable fights.”

Today’s live fight results: Fabio Wardley vs. Huni

Published

on

Image: Tonight’s Live Fight Results: Fabio Wardley vs. Huni

The main card starts at 13:30 ET live in Dazn, and walks with the Ring of the Main Event are expected around 16:30 ET.

Nelson Hysa def. Patrick Korte – KO2

Total mismatch. Hysa sentenced the corta from the opening bell, landing hefty hooks and tearing her head with each neat shot. Kortte knee for the first time after eating a pair of brutal right hands, and then barely survived the round. Hysa returned and finished work in the second – another knocking out, another dam, and the corta was completed. No response, without resistance, only one -sided beating.

Billy Adams Def. Alexander Morales-Punkty (40-36)

Adams boxed around Morales and did not lose a second. Delicate left on his feet, mixed the levels and cleaned his shots. Morales tried to close the gap, but he never put a glove on it. It was a routine, clinical and exactly what a potential potential customer should do. Nothing flashy – only four rounds of pure control.

Sam Gilley vs. Gideon onyenani-Draw (76-76)

Gilley could not cope with the pressure and looked lost in the trenches. Onyenani took him inside, turned him into a fight on a telephone boat and never let him comfortably. Gilley tried to hurt, but persecuted in survival mode. Ugly fight, truthful result?

UMAR Khan def. Moises Garcia-One-Wykna Decision (79–72)

Khan boxed well, but he looked like he was a sparring and he didn’t fight. Brisk combinations flashed, and then pierced long sections without urgency. Garcia had no answers, but he never looked close to folding. It was one-sided-and still forgotten.

Jack Williams Def. Fernando Joaquin Valdez-Punkty (40-36)

Uncomplicated work for Williams, who barely left the second equipment. He remained patient, keen and true against the guy with one win in seventeen attempts. Valdez consumed blows, but he was not a real threat. Williams drove through all four rounds, barely touched and pierced the neat sweeping without sweat.

Lillie Winch def. Katerina Dvorakova-one-like decision (60-54)

Winch kept him neat, keen and all companies from the opening bell. She bitten, turned and closed Dvorakov, without taking risks. The Czech warrior tried to force a fight, but he never passed the front door. Pure control – each round, every second.
