Tyson Fury said Fight with George Foreman

Published

Carl Froch boldly stated that George Foreman “clogged” most of today’s heavyweight boxers. The iconic two -time heavyweight champion, who died last week at the age of 76, was mentioned tenderly when he left this world “surrounded by loved ones”.

“Substantial George”, the Olympic gold medalist in 1968, became a professional and quickly became a force that should be reckoned with, eminent for Joe Frazier in 1973 to win the title of World Championships. Foreman initially disconnected his gloves in 1977 after he lost another shot in the world championship title. However, ten years later he returned to an unusual one.

In 1994, at the age of 45, he defeated Michael Moorer to become the oldest heavyweight champion in history, which remains uninterrupted. His career finally ended in 1997 after losing to Shannon Briggs, but his heritage as one of the greatest bulky in this sport is undisputed.

The debate on how previous generations of heavyweight will act against current stars was again awarded Foreman’s death. Carl Froch, former united champion of a super medium weight, now shared his thoughts on this matter. Although he expressed some reservations about Foreman’s chances against Oleksandr Usyk, he certainly stated that the American legend would dominate both Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury in their leader.

“I don’t think Usyk is large enough,” said Froch TalkSport. “I mean he is a fantastic warrior, so forget about Usyk. But George Foreman, if he was in the heavyweight era, you can forget about all the other bulky weight. He would fight them to pieces. He wouldn’t be able to live with him.

After his death, his family issued a honest statement, singing the praise of the boxing of Titan both inside the ring and outside: “Our hearts are broken. With deep sadness, we announced the death of our beloved George Edward St., who calmly left on March 21, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

The statement also presents the extraordinary achievements of Foreman and the personal characteristics: “Humanitarian, Olympian and two -time heavyweight champion of the world, was deeply respected – the strength for the good, man of discipline, beliefs and defenders of his heritage, fighting to pay to keep his good name – for his family. From a man who we were blessed to call his own.”

KSI – whose real name is Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji – he fought in the Missions event himself and was supposed to return to the ring with Dillon Danis in Manchester this weekend. However, less than two weeks of KSI announced the intention to withdraw, leaving Danis furious.

Both are not strangers from the head, at least outside the ring, and the couple have been involved in the war of words for some time. It was during the alleged social media claim about KSI Danis claimed that his opponent was dating the “venerable onlyfans”.

By publishing at X, he said: “How are you a multomillionaire and your girlfriend got only a fan?” Post did not clearly mention the book by name, but due to the proximity of their planned fight, fans believe that the suggested suggestion concerned the personality of YouTube. Anthony Joshua has three possible opponents for the next fight when Eddie Hearn lifts the lid

Published

on

Anthony Joshua was set in a queue to fight with three potential opponents for another boxing fight, but Promoter Eddie Hearn insisted on devoting time to consider the decision. The 35-year-old has not entered the ring since the IBF heavyweight defeat with Daniel Dubois in September 2024 in Wembley. Joshua hit the deck in the first, third, fourth and fifth round before he was counted by the judge, leading critics to call for retirement. However, it seems that the former world champion is determined to push another fight on the highest scale.

Joshua misses the possibility of fighting Tyson Fury, but the fight never materialized. Then Fury announced his decision to leave boxing after the second defeat with Oleksandre Usyk. Hearn suggested that Fury would be their first call port if he decided to withdraw from his retirement from boxing. But the promoter assumes that his hopes for such a reversal are unbelievable and maybe instead he will have to look for an alternative opponent.

“In the perfect world, Tyson Fury gets out of the couch and says:” I’m bored. I want to throw an ankle from AJ, “said Hearn Sun. “And this telephone conversation would be the most lovely telephone conversation I had in my career, and it can come, but if so, we have to find an opponent. And he is [Joshua] He must have 100 % physically correct, because this is probably the most vital decision and moment of his career, because this is the last [fights]. “

It seems unlikely that Fury, 37 years ancient, will return to his word, and the next move of Hearna may be the search for a rematch from Dubois. However, the prevailing IBF champion wants to make an appointment with a rematch with Utyk, who defeated him in 2023 via a knockout from the ninth round.

If neither Fury nor Dubois would agree, he would leave Joshua with Agit Kabayel, Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder. Kabayel is a fleeting WBC handle, and Parker has the title of WBO. In the face of his long -time rival, Wilder can represent the tempting option for AJ, but the American has just confirmed the fight against Tyrell Herndon in June – excluding him to be predicted the future.

Supremo Matchroom Hearn is adamant that they did not hurry with the decision and suggested that the identity of the next opponent of Joshua is not as vital as he returns to the ring.

“We are not in a hurry. Another move is so vital for the last chapter, because it is so,” he added.

“We have to do it well, and if we can’t get Dubois or if we can’t get fury, we have to fight someone else. And it can be Parker, it can be cabayel, it can be, I don’t know, wild … no one.”
