Daniel Dubois is evaluated by a doctor and may be forced to withdraw from Saturday’s heavyweight clash with Joseph Parker.
Dubois, the IBF heavyweight champion, was hit by the disease just two days before he should get to the ring in Saudi Arabia. And the organizers are already trying to develop a list of deputies in case the 27-year-old must withdraw.
Lawrence Okolie, David Adelye and Mourad Aliiev are considered for the summons at the last minute, according to Ring magazine.
Okay, 32, born in London, can boast of a professional boxing record of 21 wins and one defeat. He was in the ring in December, but he did not participate in a fight, which had crossed one round since May 2023.
Adeleye, who also comes from London, recently fought on the same card as Okolie, taking the title of English massive weight from Solomon Dacres on the Wembley Arena. He has only one defeat in his record that appeared against Fabio Wardley in 2023.
Aliev is an unknown amount for comparison. A 29-year-old Frenchman, who has a high 6-inch feet, became a professional in 2021, but has a perfect record of 13 wins, without draws and without paralysis.
Dubois would be a stern blow to the organizers of what is settled as one of the best martial arts cards in the latest memory. The IBF heavyweight fight against Parker is planned for a co-main party along with the rematch of Artur Berbetiev with Dmitryjum Bivol.
Earlier at night Shakur Stevenson will fight Josh Padley for the title of WBC Lightweight, and Carlos Adames will face Hamzah Sheeraz for the title of WBC Middle Wweight. Zhilei Zhang, Joshua Batsi and Callum Smith are among other fighters in action.
Dubois shares are all time after winning with Anthony Joshua in September. The British has three fighting series after losing to Oleksandr Usyk in August 2023 and will strengthen his status of the proper belt owner, winning over the parker.
Novel Zelander Parker has his own five -person run and has monuments to become a two -time heavyweight champion. The 33-year-old boasts victories over Derek Chisor, Deontay Wilder and Zhang in an impressive CV boxing.

Anthony Joshua should avoid fighting the American perspective, Jared Anderson, according to the former world champion, Sergio Mora.
Joshuy’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, confirmed that last week, that the former two -time world champion in heavyweight, talks about Contract for two fights with the Riyjad Turki Alalshikh seasonThey called potential options with both Anderson and Dillian.
Anderson was seen as the future of the division until he suffered the destructive defeat of the fifth round with Martin Bakole in August in Los Angeles.
The 25-year-old returned to victory in February with a convenient victory in Marios Kollias and Mora believes that a man from Ohio would be a unsafe struggle for “aj” who comes out with The fifth round of the break through Daniel Dubois And he has just undergone a successful elbow surgery.
“I think that if he returns against Anderson, it will be complex,” said Mora Chris Mannix YouTube channel.

“Because Joshua still has one substantial fight, I hope that he remained against Tyson Fury.
“But Jared Anderson can ruin these plans.
“Anderson we expected it to be better against Bakole, but he was knocked out, but it bounced.
“I love when warriors are reflected in a few months.

“This means that he is still hungry, he still wants to reach the highest level of boxing, he still wants to fight the best.
“I think Anderson will be a complex fight for AJ.
“I wouldn’t recommend him to fight him first.”

Instead, Mora advised the 35-year-old to direct the rematch Dillian Whytewhich he detained in 2015.
The couple were to fight again in 2023, but Whyte was withdrawn after the drug test failure.

The Brixton man was cleaned to resume his career in March 2024, after investigating it confirmed that a positive test was caused by a contaminated supplement.
The 37-year-old won three in time since the defeat with Tyson Fury in April 2022 and is to return on Saturday based on the clash of Fabio Wardley from Justis Huni in Ipswich.
“Dillian Whyte should fight first,” he added.
“Although Dillian Whyte now has a terrifying trajectory.
“He is running away at the moment, several fights are winning.

“He deserves this fight, but he has already been beaten by AJ, so there is a knowledge of Anthony Joshu.
“So if you’re going to take these two fights, choose Dillian Whyte, who is long in the tooth.
“He has a momentum, but you’ve already been with him in the ring, you felt this power.”
