KSI is the latest person to be caught up in one of former super middleweight world champion Carl Froch’s infamous verbal attacks.

Froch has had plenty to say about KSI’s nemesis Jake Paul in the past, but up until this point, the London-based YouTuber has mostly managed to avoid harsh criticism from “The Cobra.”

However, everything changed when the YouTuber-turned-boxer developed a very personal relationship with former Chelsea left-back Wayne Bridge when they faced off at the stadium Darren Till vs Anthony Taylor Misfits last weekend in Manchester.

When the pair entered the ring, “The Nightmare” immediately highlighted the scandal surrounding Bridge’s ex-girlfriend and former teammate John Terry, which the 44-year-old was clearly surprised by.

And talking about it YouTube channelFroch criticized KSI for these comments and stated that he would “hit him like hell” if he were in Bridge’s shoes.

“I saw KSI jump in the ring and face Wayne Bridge. He walked right into it, didn’t he?

“Because KSI, the little bugger, started with his mistress and all the John Terry antics of aged. When bringing up aged shit, bring up some fresh material if you want to challenge someone.

“Wayne Bridge really should have just punched him in his stupid chops. If you’re going to talk like an ab****, you’re going to get hit like an ab**** – that’s what I would do.

“But Wayne Bridge kind of let him do it. And now he has been taken out of the fight. So the whole thing was kind of pointless.”

As Froch mentioned, Bridge he withdrew from the fight earlier this weekciting concerns about backlash against his family as a result of KSI raising the John Terry incident.

It is unclear who the 31-year-old, JJ Olatunji, will fight next, although he has been linked to former UFC stars Nate Diaz and Luke Rockhold over the past 12 months.

Logan Paul defeats Conor McGregor in a perfect response to the UFC star’s threat

Published

Logan Paul made a brilliant comeback for Conor McGregor after the Irish fighter threatened him and his younger brother Jake in Washington.

The Irishman was seen sitting behind the Paul brothers, next to their mother, Pam Stepnick, on their way to Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday. McGregor has been linked to fights with both siblings, as well as another YouTube boxer in KSI, but no deal has been agreed.

On Wednesday, Logan posted a video titled “Face to Face with Conor McGregor” on his official YouTube channel. The former two-weight UFC champion was recorded telling American stars: “This is the real deal, you know that, bro. We will do it. What can we do? 190, 195 pounds? [Jake] he was unwell. It made him unwell! “ These comments seemed to embarrass the couple, but the drama didn’t end there. Later in the video, McGregor says: “Listen, here’s the thing. I will cut off the heads of you two and KSI. “You are nothing to me. Do you understand that? Extra work.”

Known for his nonsense, the Irishman didn’t scare Logan, who is currently making waves in the WWE world, and reacted in a brutal manner. The 29-year-old fighter couldn’t assist but attack Conor McGregor, mocking his absence from the UFC. “You can’t even do your main job,” he chuckled. – How are you going to do the extra work?

Since breaking his leg in a fight with Dustin Poirier in 2021, McGregor has remained on the sidelines. Even though he was lined up to fight former Bellator champion Michael Chandler, another injury thwarted those plans. After almost four years since his last competitive match, there is speculation that McGregor is planning a return this year. He surprisingly expressed interest in a boxing match with Logan.

Sources said last month that “The Notorious” was in negotiations for the show. McGregor clarified on X – the platform formerly known as Twitter – debunking the Topuria fight rumors and confirming initial talks about an exhibition against Logan Paul in India, stating: “The Topuria fight rumors are false. I am in the process of making preliminary arrangements with the family. Ambani will face Logan Paul at a boxing gala in India. I then agreed to return to the octagon.

A potential blockbuster fight between Conor McGregor and “The Maverick” could earn the pair a staggering $250 million. However, UFC president Dana White denied rumors of McGregor’s return to boxing, emphatically stating, “Finally,” when asked about the 36-year-old’s return to the UFC in 2025. He added: “No, no [he won’t fight KSI or Logan Paul]. I hope Conor McGregor returns in the fall.”

Boxing bosses turn to Donald Trump for support as boxing was left out of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics

Amateur boxing bosses hope Donald Trump will bring their sport back to the Olympics.

The International Boxing Association (IBA), which has been banned by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) from managing the sport for the last two Games, has made a bold attempt to involve the president of the United States in an effort to reinstate boxing in the Olympics.

He is appealing to Trump, who previously promoted professional boxing and will be in office during the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

Boxing is not currently included in the U.S. Games due to long-standing political disputes between the IOC and the IBA over concerns about finances, governance, ethics, officiating and officiating.

Top IBA officials wrote an open letter to Trump stating: “They [the IOC] announced in the last 12 months that boxing will not be part of the LA28 Olympic program; it would be very nice if your team would look into this situation.

“We sincerely hope that boxing will be part of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics celebrations and will truly be a great display of true love for the sport by the American people and fans around the world.”

The IOC has organized boxing competitions in Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024. World Boxing, a modern amateur code organization, is lobbying the IOC to reintroduce the sport to the Games and currently has 60 members, including GB Boxing, USA Boxing and leading boxing nation Uzbekistan .

However, the Russian-led International Boxing Association (IBA), which still counts boxing powerhouse Cuba among its members, maintains that it is the world governing body.

Conor Benn sends a chilling message to Chris Eubank Jr ahead of his injury battle

Published

on

Conor Benn turned up the heat with some heated trash talk ahead of his highly anticipated clash with arch rival Chris Eubank Jr.

The rivals are ready for a thrilling middleweight fight on April 26 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, three years after their first fight was canceled due to Benn’s failed drug test.

Having been allowed to reapply for a license from the British Boxing Control Board following a decision by the National Anti-Doping Panel to lift the British Anti-Doping Commission’s provisional suspension due to insufficient evidence of doping, 28-year-old Benn is ready to settle the score.

He came under scrutiny after two VADA tests showed the presence of clomiphene, a banned substance, casting a shadow over his October 2022 fight with Eubank Jr.

Adding another level of intensity, the competitors agreed to a hydration limit of 170 pounds after weigh-in, giving Eubank Jr a likely size advantage over Benn. With the battle looming, social media is expected to boil over with a constant war of words. Speaking on the Ariel Helwani and Ade Oladipo boxing show, Benn discussed the differences between this fight and their originally scheduled 2022 fight. “For me it’s much more personal,” he said.

“Before, it was a commercial fight, I mean, it was a huge commercial fight, but it’s much more personal. I don’t think I’ve ever felt hatred towards an opponent before. I don’t think I ever wanted to maliciously knock someone down. I know people vary greatly in my fighting style, but the reality is that I’ve been through a lot.

“I was going through a lot at the time and for him to just continue doing what he was doing, I took it personally and I still take it very personally. To be on the verge of committing suicide and recovering, for him to come in making comments that were lies!” Benn’s conflict escalated when he issued a stern warning: “These were all lies and I take it very personally,” he added. “As for me, I’m still standing here, breathing and feeling stronger than ever. So I’m going for his head without a doubt.”

Eubank Jr recently slammed Benn and boxing promoter Eddie Hearn, calling him “rats” for trying to impose a hydration limit during their scheduled fight. “I’m trying to restrict my hydration so I can fight,” were his harsh words. In response, Benn exclaimed, “Hydrate 10 pounds because I already fight at middleweight, but you want to get in the ring at delicate heavyweight? I’m already making up excuses as I pin you to the floor.”

Echoing these tensions, Chris Eubank senior, in an interview with The Sun, held out hope that their fight would be canceled, reflecting on the aborted 2022 meeting: “My son, if he had taken that fight where they tried to cook him up to 157, he would have lost life”. After losing his son Sebastian to a heart attack in 2023, the concerned father emphasized the great personal cost of such battles for him: “I lost Sebastian,” he admitted. “What do I say about losing another one? Nothing, I just pray.”
